Have always had plenty of room to store two big suitcases under the bed in any balcony cabin on all NCL ships we have been on. 

I had purchased a vibe lounger online and then my sister tried to get two more online- they weren’t available. When we got onboard,,, we went to guest services and she was able to purchase a cabana so the two of them would have vibe access. 

Recently on the Joy, cabana is assigned so you have the same one all week. You are entitled to a water each day- an aluminum bottle of water. I understand they are in the process of switching over to these to replace the boxed Flo water. Also, each day they came around with some skewered cut fruit. I only saw it once throughout the day. There are hot tubs there, an outdoor shower, a bar, as well as servers walking around the vibe. Loungers are available as well as pool towels .

12316 is an angled balcony. We have stayed in 12800 on the Joy which is also an angled balcony. They are sometimes listed as Privasea but they are definitely angled and open to air. I believe it has to do with the original layout of the ship when it was built for the Asian cruising. 

No one in particular, we have sailed with and befriended several members of the NCL staff and it’s always nice to see a familiar face…thanks

We were on the Jewel in forward facing owners suite. It had a front balcony and a side balcony. It was an Alaskan cruise. The front balcony could be windy if standing at the rail but if you were in a lounge chair the wind wasn’t bad. The forward balcony was great for viewing the beautiful sites and glaciers in Alaska.

a sleeveless t shirt to Haven breakfast, be asked to go change to a shirt with sleeves…

We were in 2 bedroom suite on breakaway and gem. On the breakaway, the couch in living room opened to a bed. But also, in the second bedroom, the bottom bunk was wide enough to hold 2 young people and room for another on top bunk. I think the gem (which is same class as the Pearl) was similar.

I checked the exact same cabin today compared to when I checked it 2 days ago. Since the new promotion started of free gratuities, the price went up $240 for two people. So no savings there !

Still waiting also, was supposed to cruise in March then August. Only thing showing up is an FCC of $316.81....

I also received email with that same amount which I know is far less than we paid. Will continue to follow to see if anyone gets it resolved. Will be contacting my travel agent. Good luck to all....

When my March cruise was cancelled, we got the cruise fare credited as FCC to our next cruise - which was also just canceled....the cruise next certificate was not credited to our next cruise. It showed back up on our myncl account page, but it took a few weeks. It was the original $250 - no 125 % applied to that.
