  1. Seems to me it would be better to have the personal trainer you use while on land make up a routine for you to take with you OR just duplicate one they have put you through previously. Than way you can exercise when it is best for you and you save a little cash by not hiring a trainer that is not familiar with you workout history, possible health issues, etc.

     

    That's just me...but sometimes I have a propensity to frugality.

     

    I've just spoken to a HAL rep and yes they do have personal trainers you can book

    I prefer having a trainer for my workouts. I think I will probably need one for the world cruise. Otherwise by the end of the cruise I may need a second room.
