Needing advise

My family (DH, I and our little girl(4yold) will getting off the ship on Dec 23rd. Our flight the next day is at 7:50 at Ft Lauderdale airport. My question is do we just stay by the airport or do we get a hotel by the beach. Also if we stayed by the airport I would want it to have a pool or something to keep our girl entertained or is the beach not far from there?

I know you all will have lots of question so ask away. DH says we need to stay by the airport as we will be traveling early the next day and it is christmas eve.

Enjoying your review!!!! Cant wait till Dec 16th... Hoping the virus is gone before we go as some of my family health is ups and downs and dont want my FIL to have to be stuck in his room like his last cruise.

My family and i ( 5 of us) will be flying in to FLL and from reading this we should cancel and just do this ourselves is that what your all thinking? We have only paid the deposit and well thinking we might. As of right now dont know when were coming in to FLL the day of or day before and the same for going back home.

So should i be able to cancel the transfers before the final payment is made?
