Needing info on how to get to Jost Van Dyke from St Thomas please.....

John, Thanks for the info. I just booked this cruise (our first) for April. My question is about coffee. I read about specialty coffee but is there a coffee maker in the room? I don't see it listed under the Cheers package. Is it free? Only at dinner? Or how does that work? Thanks for the insightful post.

Coffee is free on the lido deck, and room service will bring it to your cabin 24 hr a day for free. we usually tip the room service a 1.00 or 2.

I am on Emerald Princess July9-16th, I have booked thru the cruise ship the TAF small boat. The boat tour is from 905:3:20pm. will it drop us off at the pier to meet the ship? also, want to know if I can book an individual whale tour with mendenhall glacier? will I have the time? our ship gets to Juneau at 2:30 til 11:30 pm. any help would be appreciated. tia

first time on Princess, what food is free and when? I know on Carnival the Italian restaurant if free but not at dinner and the room service is free but has pay options. Any help would be greatly appreciated and if you have pics of menus please post them or let me know where I can see them.

we are doing the July 9-16 Emerald Princess R/T Seattle, my question is can I make a 10:30am flight on the 16th? We have done earlier flights out of Miami before and just had to show proof to the cruise line of our early flight. How far is it from cruise terminal to the airport?

We love our Pvp, she has been our go to lady since 2011. She has become like family, mu hubby had to go thru chemo last year and she called just to check up on him to see hoe he was. She will call every few months just to see how we are and if there is a good deal out of certain ports she will call and already have a curtesy hold on a room cause she knows what floor we like and what rooms we book. I would be so lost without her!

Oh ok, but we have never had a problem getting reservations and the taxi drops you off and you just tell your waiter when your ready to go and they call the cab to come get you. It was just a suggestion for maybe something different and not crowded. Happy cruising[emoji3]

Wow....sorry your cruise wasn't very enjoyable. We love Cozumel and have found that to avoid crowds we go to Nachi Cocum which is an all inclusive for 55.00 per person. They only take 100 people a day and it's very quiet and the food and drinks there are yummy. Your son can either play in the ocean or they have a huge pool that is about 5 ft deep, you get your own personal waiter and a palapa and beach chairs. We have been there over 10 times in the past couple years and have never seen it have over 50 people. It may be something for your family to check out. . As for Progreso that is a sleep in day and lounge around the boat for us too. Been there done that and don't like the pushy rude people at the shops. Hope your next cruise is better.

American Airlines flying into Miami is horrible about changing flight times, we flew in Dec for Vista cruise and our flight got changed 4 times. Then they started changing departure times. The last change they had us flying out of Miami at6:30 the morning we got back then changed it to 9:45 that night. Long day of sitting at airport. We will try and fly a different airline into Miami from now on.

The cards are blue and white and the fault is with who ever typed them up, we had to fill out what we wanted them to say and we put Merry Christmas, the typo is that they added a T to the end of Christmas. I think if I can get in touch with someone it should be resolvable since I have the paper we filled out where it's spelled correctly.

Got Christmas cards made on vista this past week, there is a misspelled word and I need to get in touch with the pixel gallery. Does anyone know how to do that?

Thank you everyone for the boost of confidence and support. I have the best hubby in the world and has helped me tremendously thru some panic attacks and PTSD episodes. He will be with me every step of the way. I hope to meet several of you on the cruise and to those I can't meet y'all are awesome cruise critic friends and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I cruise on the Vista in less than 3 weeks and I can not get excited...I don't know if it's everything going on in my life ( dad in hospital, uncle in hospital, totaled my only car in a 4 car pileup on a bridge ( not mu fault, hit from behind several times), having panic attacks and been diagnosed with ptsd from the accident, husband losing job after 21 yrs on Dec 20th.) I need some pep talk from my cc friends to get me cheered up.....Gapearl, I know you will be there with me on cruise. This is my 14th cruise since Nov 2011 and its two new ports so I should be happy happy happy. Maybe when I actually get on the boat moving it will help. Sorry guys, just needed to vent.
