Very intimate shows with around 20 or so people in attendance so you pick up tickets from them in the library from the librarian. Often] members from the audience get to participate.
Keith
On my recent cruises on Symphony (September 1-15 and January 4-February 3) there was no magic show tickets/show.

We will also be on this one week cruise. Sounds like you have started off well making your dining reservations. Keith is right about taking a look a before you sail guide. I'm sure you will be "Crystalized" with this first experience with Crystal!

i lost my interest in this deal because of two reasons. 1. since i have four cruises booked for 2025, they require all the full payments by feb. 25th, not just a year before the sail date. and 2. they told me that i have to pay the new non refundable fare which is higher than a couple of my current fares, so why bother with non refundable fares and why give them so much money so far in advance? not a deal for me.
My understanding is we have until February 23rd to make the decision which then allows us to make full payment by March 8th. Does this sound accurate?

We are delighted to rejoin Symphony and the great crew after our Athens to Venice inaugural cruise in September. Great to be cruising with you the next 30 days!
Except for Auckland, all the ports of call are new for us so ready for new adventures and experiences.
Happy new year and onwards!

I would try a new e-mail address.
I know of examples where people didn't get the e-mail, switched to another one for these purposes and gets them.
Keith
I sent my TA an email on November 12th as suggested and the response Crystal shared was that they haven't sent anything out since September. Obviously that is not correct as you and several others indicate you received an email November 2nd (which I did not). I don'r have another email address to use but I can't understand why I get inaccurate information from my TA/Crystal.
Another observation is that although I am embarking 45 days from now on a B2B, I am only able to book 1 specialty reservation for each UmiUma and Osteria AND some of the days where excursions are offered are not open to book. I will raise these latter two additional issues with my TA as well.

I suggest you (or your TA) call Crystal sales and have them spend 5 seconds fixing whatever setting is blocking you on the email list.
Agree. Will do.

Diogo is fabulous!

No email for me. 😢

Rather than in a press release which is in a simple format for the press I suspect Crystal will send out an e-mail to those who receive e-mails from Crystal already.
Keith
We'll see. 😉

Thanks all. I see that I just don't normally look for new press releases on their website. Why not auto-send press releases out to all who have signed up for emails at the same time as release made to the press I wonder?
-
Keith are you receiving these announcements via email? I have not been receiving anything recently.

Since you are going to be there four nights, I highly recommend a trip out to Doyle's at Watson's Bay for lunch. You can take the ferry from Circular Quay out to Watson's Bay, and the restaurant is right off the pier to the left! Some of the best seafood in the Sydney area, as Stickman, a good friend, will attest! Reservations recommended, and try the Seafood Tower!!! Just don't plan on a big dinner that evening!!!!
Thank you!

You’ll have a ball as Sydney does NYE so wellLet me know if you want help planning your 4 days in Sydney - selecting the right NYE cruise is important and as you’ve probably found out hotels get very expensive and busy around NYE
Thank you very much for the offer. We have reservations at Cafe Sydney for NYE and may take a dinner cruise one of the other nights. We have heard that Captain Cook Sydney 2000 has a nice one on upper deck.

We are booked for this same 30 night B2B cruise with 4 nights in Sydney ahead of embarkation. Excited for NYE in Sydney. First time for us in Australia and our port calls will all be first time for us except for Auckland. Looking forward to meeting you if you decide to join.

I liked the look of the restaurant on Symphony very much although there were wall lights that depending where you sit, may glare into your eyes.
On the food front.....some dishes came out poorly and some excellent. We went twice over 14 nights and tried different items each time from the a la carte menu.
The kitchen needs to refine what is being served if they are shooting for Michelin star level. Sauces should be an accent not a pool. The risotto needs to be cooked properly (chewy but not grainy); the shrimps should not be translucent. The lamb should have life in it (meaning not dry).
The breads are very good. The sorbets are divine. I love sorbets which some may not.
We have another cruise coming up and we will try Symphony's Osteria D'Ovidio again. Fingers crossed it will further improve with time (like a fine wine).

Hi DaisyUK.
Symphony was rerouted to Katakolon as the winds were up to 40 knots so we could not stop at Mykonos as planned. Tomorrow we will arrive at Corfu for the day followed by Dubrovnik on Thursday before our debarkation in Venice on Friday.
The ship is in tiptop shape with the crew fantastic! We are delighted to have returned to Crystal!

The new shops have Vintage Hermes scarves and pre owned Birkens.
Much higher end in Apropo shop. Nice upgrade. Also, Hubert Gessler has his high end gems in Facets. 💎

Thanks as always Keith. I have to get kicked-off the math team! 🤣

If my math is right as of today it is 60 days until your next cruise starts.
22 days till the end of July + 31 days in August + Another 8 days till the start of the second voyage.
Keith
You are correct so as we are 60 days out to September 8th, should we not be able to book for that leg?
-
I can't seem to book excursions or spa for 2nd leg of our B2B Athens to Venice on Symphony. Not sure if tech glitch. I thought I had to wait until 60 days of start of the 2nd leg which was yesterday but even today no luck. Anyone else have an issue?
-
We are booked on Inaugural Symphony cruise via B2B Athens to Venice September 1-15, 2023.

- Bummer. We already booked our back2back and paid for airfare.

Hello, the process to check more than 11000 claims by Moeker & ass. is going well. Have a look to this site
https://crystalcruiseclaims.com/legal-pleadings/
there are already 8 lists of Objection to claims.
The reason being that claimant has been compensated in full by credit card company.
Strange someone would submit to be reimbursed when they have already been reimbursed. I submitted proof from Chase Visa indicating they won't reimburse due to too much time had passed with my claim submission.

BAD (for my husband and me): No Nobu!!!! We absolutely adored that restaurant, and would go multiple times during a cruise. Even if another Japanese restaurant is substituted, I expect it would be unlikely to be the caliber of food (and service) provided by Nobu. The presence of Nobu was actually one of the reasons we returned to Crystal after our first cruise on them.
I hope that is not the outcome. Do you know this to be true? I was under impression that negotiations were not yet finalized. My 🥢 are ready!
