Does anyone have recent experience claiming their OBC for your stock ownership? I have sailed many times on NCL and always quickly received my OBC. This time it's been over 3 weeks and still no credit. Yes, I did contact NCL by email. They gave me a case# and said they would get back to me. That was 2 days ago.

Hi,
Thank you for this review, especially the Share menu photo. I'll be on this cruise next week and I'll be sure to eat at Share at least one night.
My question if you remember, what time did you arrive in Cabo? Were you a little early? Right on time? We are scheduled to arrive at 1pm on my cruise and I really want to participate in a non ship excursion that starts at 1:30 pm. The tour operator told me he can wait till 1:45 for me to arrive, but no later.
If you remember, thank you for your response.

Consider the Queen Mary Hotel. It's a very short cab ride away from the cruise port, but the experience is amazing.

Does anyone have any recent experience bringing liquids on board sine the ban went into effect. Please, Im not looking for options or how you interrupt the new rule, just want to hear actual experiences at the cruise port. I always bring my own caffeine free soda, vitamin water, and my flavored coffee creamers. Thanks.

My review is not up yet. It takes CC a few days to process before posting...
I have to assume that the Cruise Critic censor that is assigned to the Coral is either on vacation or just not motivated enough to get your review published. i have written several reviews on CC. They have all taken a while to be be released from the censor, but this amount of time is ridiculous.

I think that Sadie has given you good advice.
I am sorry to hear that you desire to fly in the same day of the cruise. This is something I do not recommend. Remember things happen which can cause your flight to be delayed or cancelled and they do happen such as:
FAA shutdown
FAA computer glitch
Airline computer glitch
Weather
Mechanical Failure
Insufficient flight personnel
Airport Security Breach
Airplane Security Breach
There are other examples.

Thank you Keith for your concern. This is just the way we roll. We like to live on the edge. LOL we also book return airfare very early on the day we return to port. We take pride in the idea that we are usually back home unpacking before everyone has disembarked the ship! Yes things can happen, but always playing it safe isn't much fun.

We will be arriving on a Tuesday morning from New York for a cruise out of San pedro the same day.
My question is, which airport should we fly into and the least expensive way to the port from that airport? TY

I'm pretty sure the shuttle bus is more than that now, but it's still worth it if there aren't too many of you.
Personally, I hated it when we used it a couple of years ago. At least there is a queue for the taxis. When we used the shuttle bus it was just a scrum, and we didn't get on the first couple because we weren't forceful enough.
Staying on in Barcelona is a nice idea, but not always practical. I just go for a sensibly timed flight so delays like this don't matter.
Can you tell me what the earliest time you could walk off with your own luggage was?

Does anyone know if the cabins on the Epic have alarm clocks in the room?
previously sailing on Princess, I had to bring my own from home.
-
When are you sailing, and what time do you have to be off the ship by?
-
We will be on the EPIC in June departing out of Barcelona. Does anyone know how early you can disembark off the EPIC in Barcelona after our cruise ends. We arrive at 5AM.
TIA,
I asked the same question a few weeks ago here. You can probably find the answers I got then. Basically, some people said they had gotten off as early as 5:30 others said they walked off by 7:00 or 7:30.
I'm also on this cruise on June 29, and have to catch a 7:30 train out of Barcelona when we get back. I'm feeling pretty confident that I will be able to carry my own luggage off with enough time to make the train..

Thank you all very much!

I'll be sailing on The Norwegian Epic this summer, and I want to catch a 7:30 am train out of Barcelona at the end of the cruise. Does anyone that has done this cruise remember what time walk offs can start leaving the ship?
Thank You

Suggest you ask NCL. We have cruised in and out of Barcelona on a number of cruise lines. The answer really depends on arrival time of ship, day of the week (ie., Sunday and holidays could be later).
7:30 am sounds very early, I doubt I would try to make a connection, given my experience traveling in Spain.
You may want to consider staying overnight in Barcelona or catching a later train if possible.
Thank you for your input. Since I'll be running with the bulls in Pamplona the next morning, I have to try to make that 7:30 train. I did call NCL but they would not commit to a time that disembarkation would start.

Getting in at 5am doesn't mean getting off at 5:05. My initial reaction is a 7:30 train is pretty tight. Maybe very tight.
Yes I realize that. I'm hoping some one can tell me from past experience what time the first walk offs got off the ship. The train station is a 5 min cab ride from the ship. Unfortunately, if I don't make the 7:30 train, the next one isn't till 3:30 pm.
Plus I enjoy a challenge!

What time are you scheduled to arrive?
Arrival time is listed as 5 am. I already asked the cruise line what the earliest time I could walk off with my luggage, and they were reluctant to give me a straight answer. They suggested I shouldn't plan on getting off before 8 or 8:30 am.

We would like to take a New England/Canada cruise later this year for our honeymoon and wondered if anyone had any suggestions on a good time of year to take this cruise. I would also love any recommendations as to which ships you have enjoyed and which port to take off at. I have noticed there seem to be a variety of selections for our debarkment port. Love any comments you have to share with us.:D
We have been sailing with Princess out of New York in October for the past three years and have loved everything, including the ship, ports and time of year. I would highly recommend Princess out of New York in early October. Keep in mind the peek fall colors have been trending later in the year these past few years.

I'm pretty sure you're thinking about NCL with the tear off coupons. I have received exactly what you're talking about on my NCL cruises. The coupons are loyalty based.
Princess does not have any type of tear off coupons.
