Stay safe!  My Dad was meant to be onboard as well but in the process of updating his Medallion details, his RAT came back positive... needless to say that he is unimpressed.  

The site is probably crashing because so many cruisers in Australia have just had their cruises cancelled in the last few hours.  There are a few move over offers that everyone is trying to grab.
