I called my PCC to do this and he told me he couldn't help. Then I tried chat with 2 different people and they wouldn't help either. I even tried the customer service number with no luck. I finally ask to just book Teppanyaki instead but they want to charge me. We have a 2 dinner package plus the 2 platimun dinners and I only have 3 total booked. If I pay for Teppanyaki, will they refund us on the ship? My PCC even tried to tell me Teppanyaki could not be used with the dinning package - UGH

The news had stated that Mike Pence is meeting with the cruise industry this Saturday.  It will be interesting to see what happens after that meeting.

I wish NCL had hooks around the back of the pool area for your bags/towels.  When we go to the pool it's to be in it or play on the waterslides.  We don't need a chair but it would be nice to have a spot to leave towels, sunscreen and such.  We never know where to leave our stuff.

I always have trouble pre booking restaurants online for 3 people.  I've found when I put in 4 it lets me pre book when at 3 nothing is available.  As a group of 3, they always put us at a table for 4 anyway so hopefully no harm is done.

Your review is awesome!  I'm starting to regret booking on the Encore during spring break though.  Wish I could transfer to a different ship even after final payment.  Lesson learned - never book a new ship until reviews start coming in 😞

I'm loving your review!  Thanks for taking the time to write it!  I lost my grandma a few months ago and I treasure the memories we made on travel too.

We were on the Breakaway in January and went to Ocean Blu.  It was our favorite meal of the cruise.  Awesome service and the food was really good.  The waitress insisted we try the king crab legs so brought them as an extra item for free.  They were amazing!  My son and I had the whole lobster and my husband had the surf and turf.  We weren't charged extra besides the upcharge.  We made our reservations online.  After trying it, we wanted to go back but could never get a reservation while on the ship.
