I find the mattresses too firm so I ask the steward to place an egg crate foam topper under the sheets. 

Usually one foam topper is enough but on my last cruise the topper seemed very thin, about 1 inch, so asked the steward for another and the bed was then okay for me.

Not on a NCL cruise but that should not matter which cruiseline.  I used the green box test kits provided free in BC and had no problem.  I believe any government provided kit is acceptable.

Hi Sunviking90,   are you on the Sept. 16th sailing?   I am travelling solo and no double charge for solo on top of the cheap price.  I also thought it was a price error.  Aqua went very fast as well as Concierge.

Yes many times.  I also have tried many browsers and phone, laptop.  Keep trying as it fixes itself for a few hours or the day and then the SELECT button greys again and is useless.  Have had this problem for several years. Told Flights by Celebrity many times but still not fixed.

I was also a winner and had a booking for mid January hoping covid would be finished but then omicrom came along.  I am in Canada and with border restrictions and all the testing requirements it was just too difficult to travel.  I asked that it be moved to late this year.  Twice I was refused and told the cruise had to be taken by April.  I emailed the CEO of Virgin and the next day received a reply saying I could change to any date this year.

The whole thing must have been in the works for weeks, if not months.  Keeping this cruise blank in the interim,  has avoided all the angry customers complaining about a cancelled cruise. And it's still far enough out that they should have no trouble filling it.

I was looking for Barcelona to Venice.  Celebrity's website has not show it recently but many online TA sites are still showing it with prices.  Just kept getting errors when I tried to book so I called Celebrity several times and was told it most likely was for inventory control and try again in a few days.  Coincidently by the time I got fed up with no answer from Celebrity and posted here they announced the redeployment.

I have asked Celebrity agents several times over the weeks and they have no definite answer.    They say just to keep checking.
