  1. I started looking to see if HAL posted what shows will be on each cruise but I haven't been able to find any except some really dated daily activity schedules.. I was hoping someone traveling this year or more recently could give me an idea of what to expect.. The last cruise i did years ago had Vic Damone and Jerry Van Dyke on it and we sat in the casino late at night drinking and having a great time after everyone went to bed.. I know its not going to be as fun as that but i am interested in the talent and the types of shows to expect..

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks

Are you saying you got to drink with Jerry Van Dyke? Stay home, how can you possibly top that! LOL!

  2. Okay then....you can find me on the stool in front of the prettiest slot machine on my Eurodam voyage. :)

I know! We just goofed around with the penny slots, got lucky and won $1200 which we put back pretty much all of it. If the weather hadn't been so bad, we probably would not have even gambled.

  3. Got the same thing.Interior was free. Oceanview started at $399. Sticker price on HAL website starts at $799 for an inside. I called HAL and they swore no hidden fees. We booked an inside for $402 tax and port fees. Another $600 to fly to Seattle. So, for a little over $1000, we got a 2 week Alaskan Cruise!

Correction, $402 each so $804 tax and port charges + 600 round trip air from Sacramento for a total of $1404.

16 cruises and never had an inside room.
