if you love halloween, sail out of San Juan and go to the La Concha Marriott.  The staff dresses up the week of halloween and they are incredible.

I have been with Rose 4 or more times and shes delightful,  So friendly, will personalize tours and is alot of fun

My friends left their car at residence inn after we stayed there before a cruise in Jan.  I think it was$5/night

They will serve hot tea as iced tea using the same glass containers for the ice and tea.   I really liked the raspberry herbal tea over ice.

I was on reflection 1/10 and they had it then!

you can set up a ride with Rose and Jim's taxi.  we went with Rose last week as we do every trip there.  Rose is

great and knows everything.  We hired her for the day so I am not sure what a trip to the beach would costt.

got back into port everglades monday.  walked of ship at 7:15 and at airport at 7:40.  alot of time to wait for 10 am flight!

water island ferries leaves from a dock close to the ship.  we just missed the 8 am ferry to water island.  they leave on the hour.

just got back from 8/31 cruise.  OSJ is fine

Just got back from san juan , tortola, st Thomas and freeport (to deliver rescue supplies only).  we were on equinox the week of the storm.  all islands except Bahamas, seemed ok although a lot of the old hurricane damage is still visible.  Beaches were fine and everything opened.

I was on the cruise.  The ship is great but his time the food was not that great. This is not a complaint, just my feelings.   Sailed celebrity many times and this was the worst food yet.  that being said, Celebrity donated over 7000 meals and tons of cases of water to the people of the Bahamas on this cruise.  We stopped there on Friday and they tendered in donations, food and water.  because of this, who cares what the food was like. I am so thankful that we were on a cruise line that responded immediately to people in need.  if the food was a miss, Celebrity made up for it a million times over by their humanitarian efforts.  Still my favorite line.  Thanks Celebrity

you can board the ship by 11-12 but you don't leave until 8:30.  I think muster was around 7:30 so sometimes dinner can be alitlle interrupted.  its nice leaving SJ at night!  Enjoy the cruise

the cove is usually restricted to adults only so you might want to double check if you are coming with children

when we got the day pass to atlantis, it included the water park and loungers

if you have never been and enjoy the water, its a lot of fun

I have toured with Rose 3 times and I love her!  She will cater a tour to whatever you want.  They go to England periodically so hang in there if they don't get back to you right away

i was on the 1/20/19 cruise and the MC never moved.

I agree with the creaking-our cabin creaked all night long no matter what the seas were.  We got use to it and dealt with it though.  Helps if you can sleep with the balcony open!
