The website renderings show a similar layout to current more narrow PG’s on Vistas with the living area near balcony.
I would rather get a view of what’s outside the balcony from my living area than the bed. Plus, it’s a bit darker in the sleeping area vs QM2 PG where the very early morning light wakes me up, no matter how many clips I use to seal the drapes.
Even though I like the closet and bathroom features of QM2 PG’s.
Queen Anne is a Pinnacle class ship...don't know if that helps

We add some orange juice to our glass of PA which makes it quite drinkable. Funny/rude comments about Pol Aker seem to be a requirement of every Cunarder, but being honest here..isn't it lovely to be welcomed on board with a bottle of wine waiting to greet you. Doesn't happen on every line.
Yea much nicer than a bottle of water as with some cruise lines

Our opinion is ...we like to see the younger generation on Cunard ships...they are the future of Cunard..we are oldies and dont want a ship full of oldies like us 🙂 we like the mix of young.. less young and older

Reviews ?...We love Queen Mary 2... we aren't at all interested if the ice cream machine doesn't work...or there is a little bit of rust here and there...she is and always will be the most graceful ship at sea...it's the way she was put together....end of ramble....:))

No, you’re not paranoid. Loads of coughing onboard which of course, doesn’t mean Covid but I would take a punt not everyone will be as diligent as exlondoner, and check to see their status re Covid.
We will continue to observe care in perceived crowds and avoid them if needs be.

I can’t say I like the stuff and we usually leave the bottle untouched, but it’s not that bad. Or rather, it seems to vary a bit, and is not consistently that bad. Rigorous chilling is said to improve it.
We actually tried it less chilled and found it more palatable ...but if its free we'll drink it :))))

Does this new policy mean an end to free upgrades? We've been upgraded twice now and always dream of being moved to a cabin we couldn't normally afford.
Yes i reckon this is the end of free upgrades ..another perk gone.... all seems a bit messy to me....

WE use Cunard's coach transfer service to and from the port...although we are in the north of England....Although our coach picks us up at a hotel, so probably not relevant as you are in London .

Sorry I’m with cruising.mark.uk here - never been offended by the term ‘brits’ and do not know anyone who has! This is lost on me - can you elaborate?
I've been called all sorts ...being called a brit is one of the better ones :))

Any thoughts on if we will ever see a Cunard ship in Southampton at this time of year after World voyages departed...with Queen Anne in the offing

Thank you for your responses...I enquired because according to our Voyage Personaliser a proof of a negative covid test will be required at the terminal...we are assuming the voyage personaliser hasn't been updated ...

Just booked a cruise not realizing my wife's second booster jab is due about the time we sail (i.e. a minimum 7days cant be met) Does one booster count as fully vaccinated?.... I notice on the P&O web site it says one booster jab is classed as fully vaccinated...can anybody throw any light on this?....thanks

A lot of people, myself included, don't have a smartphone, have never seen an app, and don't feel confident doing very much online. I also don't have the option to drive miles to get an in person test, as I don't drive either. So I've been in limbo while this edict for passengers to "organize, book and pay for" pre-cruise testing has been going on.
