Absolute horrible customer service with NCL and their chosen air. As was previously stated, Beware Using NCL and their Air. Canceled our flights which were already poor options and gave us worse times and flights. Why they chose an airline sending us through Canada instead of direct to Europe made no sense except that it added extra fees on to us.

Does this mean if I request a match and get matched to silver, and if I booked a cruise 9/7-11/30 for 11/1-2/28, that I will actually be bumped up to Gold status permanently?

Thanks, that would be great! We are set for the NCL transfer, but need to let our tour guide know where to pick us up!

We saw lights at a distance. Every passage has been at night. DH even got up in the middle of the night at the time the ship said we'd be passing it.

However, we were able to take a tour to Gibraltar and the rock from Malaga. It's was a ship's tour which had not been advertised online, IIRC. If you've not been to Malaga before, the Alhambra tour is not to be missed. The Gibraltar tour was great but Alhambra was one of the best ever.

Where exactly did the tour bus drop passengers off once you got to Gibraltar?

Latitudes is the worse of the past passenger programs we have dealt with. I was trying to get credit for our Honeymoon cruise from 1989 and just received a message saying I would have to submit documentation...such as a credit statement. The only thing I have, 24 1/2 years later, is a souvenir glass with the ship name. Our last cruise w/NCl in 2004-15 cruises ago- was a nightmare and this lack of past passenger loyalty made me remember why we don't cruise NCL anymore.
