  2. I really wish the Restaurant Managers would spend more of their time insuring that our food is served hot (a real problem on our last cruise) and stop chasing my husband with a jacket to put over his chair.

    I guess you will only receive one $400 credit on your next cruise. Can the others be held and used on your future cruises?

    Also will each new passenger get the $ 400 on board credit?

    Yes, the others are good and can be used within 24 months. Yes each new passenger WILL receive $400.00 each since they are in separate cabins.

    My family and I have recently booked (three seperate bookings) and paid in full for our first cruise on Quest at the end of August. We don't have any onboard spend and so I think we may be able to use a referral coupon :confused:.

     

    I note you have some coupons available but not sure of the logistics around how the programme works - we are UK based and so wondered if we could actual make use of any coupon you would kindly provide?

     

    Sorry if I sound confused but I am fairly new to Seabourn.

  5. Sorry. I didn't even know there was "dedicated concierge service." Seabourn and its personnel have always been so accomodating that I'm not even sure I would need to use this service. Of course, that could change when we cruise this September. Last time we cruised with Seabourn was early last year and the Seabourn Club had not yet expanded its Loyalty Benefits. I found this on Seabourn's website -- "Upper level members also enjoy the services of a dedicated Seabourn Club Concierge to assist with their onboard arrangements."

     

    It might be helpful if you post what exactly you're looking for.

    What I am looking for exactly if anyone on here that is currrently a Platinum or Diamond Level member ise the Dedicated Concierge service at Seabourn? In the listing of benefits at those two levels only they refer to access to dedicated Concierge.

  6. Hi Seabourntraveler thank you for the info I have sent you an email is the coupon for one person or two sorry I am not being greedy just don't know how things work. If I do manage to get the coupon my wish is to do the Valley of the Kings for the overnight stay. Thank-you again

     

    The coupon can be used either for a single booking or two people. I just checked my email and I have nothing? Can I ask you to re-send the email again to anthonydsauve @ hotmail dot com ;)

  7. I have booked shore excursions for our upcoming cruise in September and received the 15 percent savings. I will use the 4 hours complimentary internet, although Seabourn really should include internet use for everyone -- at no charge. However, that's JMHO.

  8. I learned about this last week not sure what to do, we did pay our final payment on Sat for our first time cruise on Seabourn Odyssey Nov 10th from Athens to Dubai. Can anyone tell what to do next thank-you.

  9. I had a direct request for a coupon a few weeks back. I air mailed it first thing the next day requesting the recipient a)confirmed receipt of the coupon and b) to let me know if Seabourn accepted the coupon as they had already made final payment. Is there somewhere on the My booking section of the Seabourn website where I can check if the OBC has been applied to my acc (looked but can't find it) as the person didn't bother replying to me at all. Maybe you only receive once onboard?

     

    No, you must call Seabourn directly and ask them if the OBC has been applied to your booking.
