  1. We got off two weeks ago. From my recollection, it was split by sea days and port days. We utilized it quite a bit and they are super awesome with the kids. You just bring some diapers and wipes. They will only change them if they are stinky, if you get what I am saying. They also provide you with a ship phone to call you in the event the child is needing you or acting up. They only called us once and by time we got there, our child was fine. Our child was 2-1/2 and enjoyed it. It was full of baby/toddler toys and had movies on. Our child had their face painted with a dry paint every time we picked up.

    Sea Days: 11-1, 5-8

    Port Days: 10:30-12:30, 5:30-8:30

Baby time is typically an hour before and an hour after baby care ends. Baby time is where the babies play with the parents present.

  2. We used ours on our upcoming cruise in a week and a half. The discount was applied and saved us a bunch of good spending money. We supplied the coupon number with the name and they were applied without issue. It did require a supervisor to update it.

We used it on our Yacht Club room. We were booked in the YC on the Divina during the hurricane cruise and had it applied to our Seaside YC room.

  3. We ate on the ship right now. We decided not to get off and head home to orlando. We left port miami at 1230. We are arriving in cozumel at 6am and staying til Sunday 11pm. That is the earliest we will leave to head back. Internet is free the rest of the cruise. We are still getting all our yacht club benefits. MSC had gone above and beyond with this whole situation. Especially receiving 25% discount on a future cruise. The longer cruise was enough for us but they know how to communicate on board and take care of their customers. They are top notch and very likely to be cruising solely MSC after this. They are repeating a couple of shows. Voices a second time tomorrow and something else on Sunday.

  4. The September 9 cruise is cancelled. We are on the ship and they said that. We are staying aboard despite driving from Orlando. We don't want to deal with the chaos we are seeing. The house was prepped. We are going to cozumel and chilling there until Miami opens. They are figuring the compensation portion before announcing it.

  5. We too are booked on the same cruise. I also had booked without the 5% discount since it was not available when I booked. I did book through a TA which I emailed post booking to notify that the 5% discount was not applied and had them apply my Voyager numbers too. I also messaged MSC on facebook notifying them of the issue and they replied back (which I assume after talking with the TA) that my refund for the 5% will be applied. I did get it a few days later. I did have good luck I guess or just went through the right channels, but it can be done.
