Princess always has a vegetarian section on its dining room menus with appetizer, entree, salad, and dessert selections. I have never gone hungry, and I have never been disappointed in the food. We have also been told that the chefs are happy to prepare dishes that are not listed on the menu. My favorite is the Moroccan Vegetable Ragout. If I could take a pot home with me, I would!
