Yes, Guest Relations' assortment of reading glasses is impressive. I left mine on the table in Luminae one night. Went down to see if they had been turned in--there they were in this large box FULL of reading glasses!
Wow…no problems here. Hope you are sailing and well. We sail Connie next week. Miss you! Peg

Celebrity is our all time favorite cruise line. However, our best cruises to Bermuda have been on HAL because it docked in Hamilton.
Enjoy whichever you go on.
How long ago did you dock in Hamilton? And what ship? I thought all now go to dockyard, except small yachts.
-
Looking forward to your impressions. We will be sailing next on her when you leave.
Have a great vacation!
-
YES, thank you. We may rethink our future cruise.
-
How much is this KEY? For early assess, etc. maybe it’s the same as Elite Plus on Celebrity ?

We have a lot of Visa Card reward points and I’d like to redeem them. I have an awful time logging in to that reward site. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
0nly cruise we have booked now is fully paid. Don’t need the OBC. would probably book a cruise for later this year and use the points then.
suggestions, please.

Not sure about other's experiences but ours is that the cruise staff always mentions the importance of taking the time to complete the surveys and that 10 is a perfect score; however, they do not ask us to score them a 10, just that it's the perfect score. They also ask if there is anything at all they can do to improve our experience. If cruisers do not feel they can score staffers a "10", they should let them know (not rudely of course) what needs to be improved upon. If they don't know it's broke, they can't fix it!
As far as B2B's, we enjoy them usually for the different itineraries but sometimes just like staying on board our favorite ships longer than the typical 7 nights. I just wish all of the ships would allow the B2B'ers to stay on board (I know it's probably a mariner law to get off and back on). The hardest part for me is the trek down and back up that d*** ramp!🥴 I usually have to wave others to go around me while I huff and puff up the ramp.
Cheers!
I see no reason that you can’t ask for boarding assist…..they will wheel you off and on just fine……. (That is unless you are under 30 and healthy looking!)

Thanks, Barbara and Bob for you review. Now I’m super glad we chose Connie for our cruise last month. Have a good second cruise and I hope to see a review of that one, including the ports.

Good luck and stay safe with whatever your decision is.
Maybe you’ll consider moving more south sometime in the near future. We did and don’t regret it. Relatives and friends can visit here and sail from several ports within eight hours.
-
I also wish X would sail from Port Canaveral, but no such luck yet. Closest to us is Tampa and the “Connie” is one of our favorite ships. Lucky we are only 45 min (no traffic) to port. Uber was only $55. It was 68 coming back due to time of day and day of week. We’ll be on her again in March. ( or maybe even sooner !).
EQ is our other fav ship. We drive to Naples, spend the night, then drive to port in the am to board. Less stress and less traffic on the Alley. -
Now to figure which old one I have. Guess it doesn’t matter as long as it runs. New stuff sometimes is hard to get used to for this old brain! Guess I’ll check some prices around here before we sail.

We purchased an iPad when we were on the November 12/21 Constellation sailing and it was a 5th Generation version.

We’ll be on Connie again in March. For those of you who just go off….are you getting chocolates on your pillow every night? Also, and more important, is there an ILounge aboard? And are they selling iPads? I need a new one and the “no state tax” incentive great. Thanks in advance.
-
Thanks for the info. No Apple store close to us. wonder if Best Buy takes trade ins.? Might wait until our March cruise to do a purchase. Would donate older iPad.
-
Thanks for the reply. I’d like to get a new iPad and I’ll save some tax if I get it onboard. We have some OBC (from our Royal Visa card) also. Wouldn’t be buying any phones. Perhaps I’ll wait until March cruise to purchase…..November is too soon.
-
I’ll try posting on RCL board later this summer. I don’t even remember if Royal ever had a “ilounge” or not. Most of our cruises have been with X.
You are right. We don’t sail until November and anything can happen between now and then.
-
Love the ilounge when we need help. Also to purchase new iPad….not sale prices, I know, but at least no tax added. Hope to purchase new iPad on November cruise. Thanks.

Yes, but Connie is an old friend, our closest port, Tampa, and friendly crew. She may be old , but she is not tired and up to the challenges. Easy to get around and I’m sure the staterooms have been revolutionized. We love her and the Equinox.
Oh, looking forward to our first cruise in quite awhile. It’ll be the Brillance, again out ofTampa for Thanksgiving . Unless I can convince hubby to sneak in a short cruise in August or Sept!- 2

I have 21 days on the Constellation out of Tampa in Feb. 2022.
10 and 11 days.
Pretty much covers the Caribbean, with no repeated ports.
The ship was to have been refurbed by then, but that is not a given, all things considered.
Hopefully she’ll get some reverb.....love the ship, been on her several times, but I’m sure she could use some new “stuff “ that shouldn’t cost too much. Let’s hope.

Like everyone else on these boards....we all want to sail. Stay safe everyone, get the vaccine, and “away we’ll go”. We just did Lift and Shift for a late March 2022 cruise.....will have to survive now until November 2020. Be safe everyone.

I have a 11/21/2020 cruise booked. Wanted to lift n shift, but can’t get same cabin
We have an FV booked. Won’t accept a verandah. Not the same at all.
Dont understand why they won’t rebook us as there will be no revolution
We moved our 11/21 Connie cruise to the end of March. Hope the ports will be open....love the ABC islands.
Good news with Celebrity cruise. Report the changes
