Did it on my last cruise fun and met some new friends don't worry try something new

Just wanted to let folks know that Mr. Zoom provided an exceptional tour experience during our recent cruise on the Celebrity Millennium. He waited patiently during a delay in processing passports, made up for the time missed by re-planning some of the sights and gave us exceptional advice as to how to enjoy the Flower Road and the first night of Tet (Lunar New Year. Unfortunately, these are not year-around attrractions.)

Mr. Zoom (and his representatives) were knowledgable, personable, gracious and most importantly, flexible; knowing how and when to get to places so as to maximize the both the quality/depth of the experience and the number of experiences. He is extremely responsive via email making coordinating tours a breeze.

My only regret is that we did not work with him and his network to plan excusions in other ports.
