  1. I tried to book the coast to coast safari directly with De Palm tours on their website and it wasn’t showing that it was offered the day our ship was in port.  When contacting them directly, I got a response that I had to book directly through the cruise line.  When I questioned if it is offered thru RC, I received a yes response, but it is actually not.  Any others with advice on booking tours directly thru DePalm?

  2. Considering booking the Holiday cruise on Vision of the Seas out of Galveston this year. It will be me, husband and 2 kids ages 12 and 16. We are getting ready to sail on Adventure of the Seas out of SAN Juan, but other than that have only sailed Disney. I've read multiple reviews on CC on the ship and understand it's a much smaller ship and have no preconceived notions it will compare to Disney's newer ships, but I'm most concerned if there will be enough to do for my 2 kids. Any thoughts or feedback is appreciated!

  3. We will be on the Adventure in June with our two kids, son age 11 and daughter, age 15. We have only sailed Disney prior to this, but can no longer justify Disney's prices, so this will be our first RC cruise. Did your kids enjoy the ship and were there enough other kids on the boat? Did they visit the kids/teen clubs at all? Any feedback here would be appreciated, as I think I'm most concerned about them, thanks!

  4. I will be on the Adventure of the Seas this June flying into San Juan a couple of days ahead of time to spend a few days checking out PR before getting on the boat. We are staying at the El Caribe Hilton. Wanted to see if anyone has done the El Yunque rainforest and/or Bioluminescent Bay before and what advice you might have as far as good experiences/bad experiences, tour companies to use, etc. It will be myself, husband, 15 yr old daughter and 11 year old son. Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!

  5. I've read lots of reviews here on Cruise Critic and Trip Advisor that the Blue Hole/Secret Falls is a must do excursion when making a stop in Jamaica. However, I wondered if anyone can share some insight on whether they thought it would be a good excursion with kids. Mine are 12 and 8 and neither are dare-devils, so I don't see them swinging on the ropes or jumping off anything high into the water below! Is there enough to do, that they would still enjoy? Do I have any reason, to be nervous about taking them? Any insight, is appreciated! Thanks.
