Great Review - Sailing on the Pride next Sunday. Sailed her back in 2012 before the upgrade. Can't wait to enjoy all of the 2.0 additions and for that first pint of Thirsty Frog Red !

Love the pictures of the balloon drop!

Stayed in that room during the March 2 sailing. Great view of the parades - and the noise will NOT be a problem. You are kind of right above the crown and kettle pub (it will be slightly to your right). Love the promenade rooms - so much people watching !!

Loving this review! I was on the 3/2/2014 sailing of the Explorer and miss every second of it. How was the Belly Flop Contest?! I participated in that and came in 2nd! (and i'm like 100 pounds) Looking forward to more. That's great that people left their table to join yours. I have been lucky with good tablemates my 2 times on the Explorer and 1X on Carnival Pride but if I got stuck with a bad table I would be out of there so fast haha. Having a good table with good people you get along with , I feel, is essential.

I wasn't fortunate enough to see him in the dining room - wish I had ! Only saw him up in the Windjammer and got to talk to a few times as well. Was just amazed how he could do that, spin the tray on his head, serve from his head, etc. I too was nervous, especially on a rough sea day - I was thinking he is going to drop those any second !!

He got a pretty loud ovation too, on the final night of our cruise - when they brought him out on stage with a couple of the other Windjammer staff (The Washy Washy crew, of course!)

Oh my god - I love that you put a picture of that Windjammer waiter! Every time I saw him up there with coffee cups spinning around his head I just died of uncontrollable laughter. It was hysterical - love that dude !!

Was there no live music up at Dizzy's?
