not a great way to instill brand loyalty from the get go. I decided to give them a chance, won’t be doing that again.  

Wonder what they’re waiting on to cancel? Maybe their cancel policy to hold on to peoples money? Really makes me want to cruise with them in the future.

finally finished, good info.....One question, If my wife and I both have the premium package can we split something? For instance, I saw a few of the Belgium beers from Michael's were $24.00 750ml btl, would/could they charge each card $12.00 ? thanks in advance
