I agree, this situation seems to be getting out of their hands by now.
-
It’s 08:30am and my room is still very hot, I’m at the forward section, anyone has this situation fix yet?
-
Last update, the Captain finally made a statement, and hi apologize and declare that the problem will be fixed in the next few hours.
-
I’ve heard some passengers saying that they will sleep on public areas, guess with a baby thats not an option for you, I hope it get fixed soon so you can enjoy the rest of the cruise.
-
Thank you so much for the information. The last thing that is rumored is that we are going to arrive little but earlier to Cape Liberty, so they can fix the AC.

Just now, Lady Hudson said:
I am on deck 3 — outside cabin. No problem with AC and haven’t heard of any issues. Maybe not as widespread as OP thinks? But still an issue, regardless.
Hi, what side are you on? Portside or starboard?
-
This morning I had Breakfast at Solarium Cafe, and there was no AC, and the fwd stairs and alevators, solarium don’t have AC. They told us that one of the cooling units its stuck.

I’m on a balcony cabin, but my sister has 2 inside cabins, and last night they had 81 degress, impossible to get a good sleep.
-
I’m on deck 10, but it’s not just my cabin, it’s a general problem, the cabin attendants are the ones apologizing, and few cabins got a portable fan. From guest service are saying that they don’t know how long is going to take to fix the problem, it’s probable that the rest of the cruise will be like this.

It’s been 2 nights without air conditioner on the cabins and some public areas while sailing the caribbean on Anthem of the Seas. 81 degrees on interior rooms at night, impossible to get a good sleep, not a word from the captain or anyone else.

The more I look pictures of Quantums and the more I look the famous "more to come" deck plans, I can't stop thinking that RCL is looking for a better profit wirh these new ships adding more and more cabins. And if you see the dry docking work on Oasis where they are adding more cabins I'ts easy to think what are the doing right?

I'm talking about in general not the more to comes places, check the deck plans and you will see tons and tons of cabins, very little open space on the top decks etc.

I agree with you, this could mean that something very good or very bad await for the first Quatum passengers, I hope we encounter a very innovative ship that meet the espectations that these secret royal caribbean policy has spread to all of us.
I'll be sailing on nov 2 so In few days I'll find out if the money was well spent.

I'll be on Quantums First sailing from South Hampton, and I would like to know if anyone has any Idea or details of what to expect on this first cruise of the Quantum.
