    Just wondering how the aft studio balcony cabins are.   Ones I was looking at are 13342 14256.
    the balcony looks small.
    thanks

    Just curious if you ever got a reply?

    I am having some difficulty finding any reviews/photos for the Studio balcony cabin

  2. Glad I was able to help. Enjoy your cruise on the Pride. Make the Shore Excursion Desk your first stop when you get on board. Good Luck!

    Ken was AWESOME. One of my friends name is Barbie needless to say he took a liking to her. The next night at dinner he was asking "where is my Barbie"

    What a great ship the Pride is. Very simple to get around and not ginormous to the point that you are exhausted.

    Red Frog Pub was our night spot after dinner we all met up there our group that hung our grew and grew and danced the night away. Any one who has a chance to go there make sure to say hey Carma she is the server in there she is the best. Tell her Gina says HEY lol

  3. So glad you are continuing on with this! Can you tell me if the Burrittos are available in a bowl like Chipotle? Or should we just get it in the tortilla and unfold it?

    No bowls they will add what ever you want to it. For the extra sauce you unwarp at the fixin's bar. Honestly they have tons of stuff to fill it with and I never needed to go to fixin's.

    Also be sure to try the BREAKFAST burrito it was amazzzzzzing :D

    Enjoy your trip I know we did

  4. we did the dolphin/sting ray encounter here in Jan. THe policy had just changed to them not accepting S&S card. I enjoyed the encounter, but the beach is very rocky and I would not do it for the beach alone. If you do it, be sure to ride on bottom of boat over there so you can hear what they are talking about; sounded much funner downstairs.

    Hey thanks for the help. we have friends that are going to be on their 1st cruise so I figured the hub and I will chill by the pool while the girls have fun in the ocean. We have a cabana rented to make sure we are able to get the shade if needed. Any tips as far as food prices?

    Thanks again

  5. Have this booked for May. Booked a cabana Any pointers? How were the prices on the island

    Thanks for any help

    I enjoyed it a lot on my recent cruise on the Carnival Conquest. It's a really nice beach, plus there's a swimming pool... and a restaurant and bar. Roaming waiters will bring food or beverages right to your lounger. I also totally loved the fact that there was no need to bring cash or credit cards... all you need is your sail and sign card to pay for food or beverages. It is all charged to your onboard account.

    Here's a photo...

    The water is warm, the sand is perfect. However, there are a few rocks in the water... so water shoes will make it a lot more comfortable to wade out in to the water.

    Read my full review of this shore excursion at http://www.zimfamilycockers.com/CarnivalConquest.html I discuss this shore excursion about 2/3 of the way down the page.

  6. This fellow worked his butt of delivering beer. I don't drink beer and he only serves beer. He assured me that other bar servers would be by later to take orders; I never did meet up with any, but can't really say that I missed them either; HMC is too nice to be impaired even slightly;

    I had three batteries for my GoPro, but I knew I would be needing to recharge so I looked for an outlet;

    I assumed the AC was plugged into an outlet, but alas it's direct wired. There's also a very good reason that all electrical connections should be inside of a box with a lid on it;

    Found one. I just had to make sure I kept an eye out for rain and that the misting fan didn't get aimed the wrong way;

    I do believe this is my most favorite place ever. My first cruise this was our 2nd stop rented cabana #10

    Loving the pics thanks for bringing me back to my happy place

  7. We have a forward facing suite on deck ten and we are planning to do sail away from our balcony. We will be directly under the bridge so I assume we will have a good view. This is our first trip on the Gem and on NCL for that matter

    We are on Deck 10 also- Will we be allowed to our cabins when we sail away? Last cruise was Carnival and we were not allowed until well after we sailed
