Rolling FCC to our July 3rd Baltic? 
 

We have FCC’s from a cancelled TA last October that could have been refunded in cash by 12/31/20. We have a July 3rd Baltic out of Southhampton.  If we apply the FCCs to the Baltic, pay the difference in cash, and then X cancels it, would the resulting FCC be refundable in cash by the updated date for cancellations of THIS cruise? (Currently 6/30/21 for May cancellations)  Have asked my TA and gotten both answers.  

We booked a small group tour (4) with Javier when the Breeze docked there in December on 2013 in a mini van. He met us at the dock. We had no firm plan, so let hime guide us. We visited the Mystic Mountain Chairlift (Nothing like riding back down with a cold Red Stripe in hand!) then to Dunn's River Falls, we did not climb but walked all the way down to the beach then back up. We then went through town to a botanical garden with a walking tour where the plants were not only described but "demonstrated" as to uses and fragrances. It was great. We then stopped at the Ocho Rios Jerk Center for lunch which was good. We then walked through downtown to shop and back to the ship. I would definitely recommend Marva or Javier; they are personable. knowledgable and take great care of you.

The Dent Came from a collision with the Riverboat "Michaelangelo" in Venice, Italy on August 26, 2012 when in an unexpected squall, both the Breeze and the Michaelangelo broke their mooring lines and floated away from the dock, into each other! Breeze dropped her gangplank into the harbor and it took three hours to fish it out and get her tied down so we could reboard. Since we were at St. Marks Square with the squall hit, we were soaked so sitting in the terminal soaking wet waiting was not so much fun!
