Internet or any photo package included in YC?

Says it's a savings of 50%. Is it really $400 if I purchased onboard?

Going on the Divina in October, I was looking at enhancements on the MSC website. There's an All-inclusive photo package on there for $199. Wasn't it $99? Thought I read that on these boards.
