Btw you do know the ship is actually in Port Canaveral.   Not sure where you want to go.  It's about an hour to Orlando.  You probably want to make arrangements to get off early rather than waiting for b2b meeting.  Not sure where you want to go.

I actually meant Port Canaveral, not Orlando!!....we fly into Orlando so I just got the two mixed up!! But thank you 😉

The ship will take care of everything and will leave instructions in your room the first cruise.  All the B2B's will meet a certain location and the ships staff will get you all checked in for your next cruise and take through customs...Either on the ship or off the ship.  When you are all done they will give you a card a continues cruiser card that you can use to avoid the lines when you get back from spending time in Orlando.

Oooh that sounds a breeze!!....I just wanted to make the most of my time in Orlando and was worried that this could be a long process so this eases my mind!! Thank you Psycho and Barb!! 👍

Customs normally uses facial recognition. You just walk up to a video screen , look at it, and it should recognize you from your passport photo, and you are on your way. You will be given instructions before, and will get your new seapass before getting off. But, you should have your passport, just in case, but also reboarding.

Facial recognition gets everyone processed very quickly, no long lines.

    Thanks a million Mo & Fran!! 👍

  4. Hi all,

We are B2B on Wonder of the Seas this May and are looking to spend some time in Orlando on changeover day.

I'm hoping someone who has done the same can help with advising the customs procedure with RCCL? - how long does it take etc?

We are in the same stateroom for 2 weeks so won't be needing to move our belongings.

    Thanks in advance 🙂

  5. Aww thank you so much everyone!!......My main reason for going is for Bath & Body Works and Macys so I think I will stick with Merritt Square as this is only 15 minutes from the port 😀

Your replies have been a massive help!! 👍

  6. Hi all,

We are back to back on Wonder in May and we are looking to hopefully visit a mall during the crossover in Port Canaveral.

I have found Merritt Square Mall whilst doing some research which appears to be the nearest to the port but I've also seen that this could possibly be closing?....can anyone recommend this or any other good place for shopping (must have a Bath & Body Works!!!).

    Thank you in advance!!! 😃

  7. VERY excited to be sailing back on my favourite ship Allure this September!

Hoping someone who has already sailed her in Europe can answer a question for me....

Before when we sailed her in the Caribbean they had a brilliant sail away party in the Aqua Theatre featuring the Dreamworks characters and a countdown to kick off your holiday....do they do the same thing on the European sailings?

    Thanks in advance!!

  8. Each night you, your table mates and your dining room staff will rotate to a different dining room. There will be 2 dining times just like with Traditional.

"Dinner Seating: Dynamic Dining Classic is for guests who prefer the traditional main dining style. Classic accommodates diners in a choice of early or late seating, giving you the chance to experience a preset lineup of our complimentary main restaurants. You get the convenience of the same dining time each night, with the same wait staff and dining companions at your table throughout the cruise. Dynamic Dining Classic has limited availability. 8:30 p.m. "

Thank you! So do they advise you in advance which restaurant you will dine in each night?

  9. Menus stay the same but there have been some variations from what is posted on the internet. Could possibly be just for this sailing, though.

Yes, there is a Starbucks located in La Patisserie

There is a Vintages where they serve champagne & wine and also have wine kiosks where you can try a taste, half glass or full glass of your choice.

I believe you would normally reserve for NorthStar but for this sailing, you just stand in line for it.

Didn't notice if the Solarium is adults only.

Were in a superior balcony so don't know.

    Hope this helps! 😊

Big help! Thanks a million!! 👍 Do you know if the Starbucks is a full service one like on Allure/Oasis?

  10. Hi

I'm sailing her in April and can't wait!!!! 👍 please can someone kindly answer a few questions for me?....

    1. Do the menus change every day for Dynamic Dining? Reason I ask is because I have opted for the Grande restaurant for several nights.

    2. Is there a Starbucks onboard? (I'm guessing not as I haven't seen any mention of it...it's just that I loved this on Oasis class!.

    3. Is there a champagne bar?

    4. Do you reserve your time on the North Star? (Apologies if I have missed info on this on this thread)

    5. Is the solarium adults only?

    6. Is anyone in a Family Junior Suite? Do you have any pics? If not, please can you describe it?

Thanks in advance! and thanks for all the reports so far! 👍

  11. Sailing for the second time on Indy this month, can't wait! Hoping someone can help answer a couple of questions for me........

Since her refurb do staterooms now have IPod docks?

For anyone who has sailed on her recently what is the entertainment and what is the current ice show? (I believe it was Strings the last time)

    Thanks!!
