I read on NCL's website that iConcierge does not work with the new iOS for the iPhones/iPads. Does anyone have any recent experience of this?

Food is very subjective. I personally found the food on NCL very good. I have not yet stayed in the haven but will be next week and am very much looking forward to it. I have heard the food in the haven restaurant is excellent. Don't worry I am sure you will be pleased. Have a great time

This is great information and exactly what I was looking for! I always try to use what others did as a baseline and then tip what I feel I can do and what is warranted. As I said earlier, I usually tip well because these folks usually go above and beyond to earn these gratuities and at the same time they make my vacation even more enjoyable. I'm so happy to do it!

Got a great upsell deal for a Haven Courtyard Balcony and I was wondering what the average/good gratuity was for the Butler & Concierge. I am probably what is considered an "overtipper" so will most likely go above the average answer if I am getting great service.
