(Ooops, posted this in Roll Call yesterday by mistake.) Selected this cruise to celebrate our 50th anniversary because of the ports of call: Genoa, Katakolon (Olympia), Iraklion (Crete), Haifa, Limassol, Rhodes, Messina, and Civitavecchia (Rome). My husband's walking is limited to about 2 to 2.5 km (1.25 to 1.5 miles). Can some advise me how difficult is it to get off the ship and to the transportation centers? And about how long a walk it is? I checked the weather for December in all the ports of call, has anyone actually done this December voyage? If so, how was it weatherwise? Thank you!

I Googled "Carnival hub app for Kindle", went to this site and it downloaded fine. I needed to open it and confirm the download before I could see the icon on my tablet.

Thank you for the link. We have two Amazon Fire 7.0 and I was able to download the file to my computer and then drag-and-drop them into a folder I had made on the Fire (I named it APK). My charging cable worked just fine to link the computer and Fire together. I opened the folder on my Fire and clicked on the link. It seems to have downloaded correctly. I had to manually enter the sailing date for the app to show the days left. I am hopeful it will work glitch-free onboard as I really would rather leave the iPhone in the safe and just drag the Fire--which holds all my books--about. Once again, THANK YOU!

I saw Sailor Jack's name mentioned in another post--can't recall whose--so I clicked on the name and ended up at the review. It's really delightful!
