This will be our first time on Celebrity (Constellation). Our first two times were on RC Freedom of the seas. Can anyone explain the difference we will notice? For example I just read that Celebrity has a dress code. So jeans aren't allowed at any time? What about deck shoes with shorts. Does Celebrity have an eating area that is buffet/cafeteria style for eating? RC has the WindJammer. Hope we didn't make a mistake booking this cruise. We aren't the fancy shmancy type people. We don't mind dressing for dinner but like to be in shorts and sundresses for daytime.

Does anyone know if I can bring a metal detector on the cruise to use on the beaches? We are going next week to the western Caribbean.

I am taking my second cruise in May ( Royal Caribbean)to the Western Caribbean. I love birds and would like to see some new ones on my trip. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
