  1. Have a cruise booked from NYC to Mia on ncl ga on 1/3/21

CruiseTimeTables.com does not even show the intnery listed anymore.

Typically the site never takes a cruise off the page once sold out because it is to show the route

So I am nervous the getaway has already been bagged from NYC yet ncl has not given any Info

Does anyone have any info on the getaway

I will answer you out of order.

You do not check in with the general public.

You do not need setsail pass for second cruise.

You will get a letter in your stateroom a couple of days before the end of the first cruise.  It will give you the details about getting your new SeaPass card if you are going to get off the ship on turnaround day.  It will also tell you the window of time during which you must disembark.

When you return, it must be after new boarding has begun.  You have to go through the security screening, but then you just proceed to board.  Several people will ask to see your SeaPass Card, and you will tell them that you are "in transit".  You will be the only one with a card, since new passengers will  not get theirs until they get to their cabins, as you did on your first leg.

So they know to just let me proceed to board anytime I get back to the port as long as regular boarding has started?

  3. Doing a back to back on oasis out of bayonne

My question is. To my understanding I get my 2nd room key either night before or in the morning of the assembly.

If I want to disembark that morning and get off the ship.

How would I re board the ship?

Do I need to re check in with the public minus my luggage?

Do I need all documents even tho I have my new key already or can I board thru a priority line?

    Thank you!!

  4. Going on a 14 day cruise. Golfing in Florida Cayman and Honduras

Obviously im checking my clubs in with the porters BUT!....... I want to lock my club case

Would you or have you???? If they question me where is the naughty room? On the ship I'll need to unlock it or at the pier???

Want to avoid any hassle but also want to protect 3000$ worth of clubs.

    What is my best option

  5. Booked in a Family Interior cabin midship on bliss. #14611.

Do the 2 bunk beds come out of the ceiling?

I just saw a video of Encore Family interior and the beds fold dowm and are bolted to the wall making less space and hitting ur head lol.

Can anyone confirm if bliss has bunk beds from ceiling or wall in family interior midship

  6. Been very spoiled on breakaway bliss escape

Did gem in 2012. Was very blah. Made me leave NCL for a few years.

Willing to give her another try

Where do they hold the spice h20 and glow parties. There is no aft area i know. Please tell me its poolside or OUTSIDE and not inside or spinnaker.

The spice h20 on bigger ships are great  will be very upset to hear if they hold it inside

You will have a great time!

Following is only my opinion and others may/may not share it:
I love the north star. Keep going whenever I can.
I had serious shoulder injury on the 3rd round of bumper cars so I refrain from doing that....but for you it is a must try.
    Flow rider is lots fun.
Flying in a big test tube is not for me, but it was fun  watching other people do it.

I sat through We will Rock You just to hear the Bohemian Rhapsody in the end. Now I only go towards the end.
I will give myself the gift of not seeing the Gift, but it's your first time so you must sit through the torture and decide for yourself.
    Spectra's Caberet........nice show without Spectra.
Wind Jammer: one of the best on Royal ships IMHO.
    Solarium Cafe...nice place for b, l, d.
You will like the Solarium.....if you can find a place to sit. Surprisingly when we went in March we found lots of place. In January......forget it! The chair hogs are out by 12 midnight to reserve lounge chairs.

How are you going to fit everything in in 5 days? Plus the winning?

Anyway, have fun, we will exchange notes when you get back. We are looking at the Gem and Escape  around the same time.

Yes we will talk after!!! Im doing 19 days of cruises in 30 days.

I love Bermuda. Sucks its 5 days. When i do ncl... (next year). It docks on wed so i get to go to harbor nights on front st.

This was a free cruise from mgm grand so im "scoping" out RCI. And take as much $$ from them and run.

Just plan on going golfing at port royal and relax around the dockyard this time.

Ill definitely stay busy as this is a new surrounding so i will wanna see it all down to the carpet color in each corridor.

Im excited since mostly i wont be trying royal again unless its a casino offer.

I can't imagine someone paying 3760$ for 2. For my interior room.. its insane of a price for a 5 dayer.

    Still excited. Will compare notes

  8. I always do premiers!! Deff more crowded which i love. Plays to your advantage. Days your losing a crowded casino makes u play slower and save $ while days ur winning a crowded casino is nice because the slots are being turned over faster.

As for gifts got a towel. Cookies. A yearly planner. Duffle bag and candy

Love the party on sailaway day at 530. Free drinks and appetizers while meeting all the hosts and casino invite players

Won 600$ in cash pong and hot seat promo for 100$

Won a total of 4500$ profit on the last premire on Horizon and now leave in 2 weeks...

For a Free Oceanview on the New Sunrise for 14 days and 1000$ casino cash.

    Yes i will do premire!!!

Hello beacha,  we were also on this sailing.  I can answer the sea day brunch and it was the updated menu as well as the deli.

We went and toured the updated gym and spa area.  Does have cloud 9.  I thought the new infrared and aroma areas were neat (did not use but was cool looking in)  I think it was a lavender scent in the aroma spa.  Looked to have the sauna available for all which was in the area of the locker/bathrooms.  All new equipment in the gym which we used but TV screens didn't work yet.

TV station selection were not good but that didn't matter to us, but did miss the ship and map cams.  They never got those up and running but hopefully they will on future cruises.

USB ports were at the the head of our bed. We used and were convenient.  We had a inside forward with window deck 7 but would assume they were in all cabins.  Fridge in our cabin was new and small,  we stacked a 6 pack in ours so not sure if 2 packs would fit,  not deep at all,  like 1/2 size as we've had in the past. Mattress was very comfy, but sheets were a little itchy,  guess they haven't been broken in yet,  lol.

Didn't like having to check in for anytime dining each night on deck 5 and then on to seating on deck 3.  We were on the Vista last year and being platinum we were able to skip the check in and go straight to dining room.  Can't do on Sunrise.

We thought the shows were the best we've seen on Carnival.  Singers were very good and they had the upgraded tech lighting, etc.,  We cruise NCL often and are use to the better production shows, but  Carnival has done a good job in the Sunrise on their shows.

Chris Williams the CD was awesome.  Hilarious and he did his own show in the theater,  and he put on a great show.  We had never seen a CD that active on our cruise.

Casino was very smokey  as they usually are on Carnival.  Pig and anchor was good, they were closed one day due to maintenance issue.  The worse was the restrooms in public areas.  They stayed out of order 80 percent of the time for the first few days.  Guess they finally got it straight, and seemed to hit the women's bathroom more than mens.

Can you please elaborate more on casino. As large as the sunshine? Smaller?

And where on deck 5 was the line to check in for YTD
