OMG!! Another fabulous trip report!! You are hilarious, SailorJack, would love to meet you sometime. About Ireland and the Blarney Stone--we have been to Ireland 7 times in the last 12 years, and never kissed the bloody(?) thing! I talk so much now, it would be pretty scary.

Please keep sailing and writing reports-stories (it certainly isn't a review, LOL) so that every once in a while we can all have a wonderful laugh, and look forward to the next. By the way, loved the Norwegian Dream report!!

We received ours on the Nordic Empress,We were surprised when we did received it.They called us up to the front at the c&a event.

Yes, I do have the model. I am pretty sure I got it on the ship. Also have Sun Viking, Nordic Prince, Song of Norway. The Sun and the Prince are not the same as the others, seem to be some sort of glass. Song of America same model form as the newer ones. Good luck hunting!!

We have done this for someone before. :) That is how I found out about collecting them. I don't think it would hurt to try. We have started our own small collection now. We just collect from the ships we go on. We are scheduled to go on Monarch again in March. If anyone needs one let me know. :)

I would be very interested in the Monarch ship model, if at all possible. I have collected quite a few of the early ones, but don't have a Monarch OTS. It is special, because we took our two "early twenties" sons on it in '92, and it was a very fun trip we all remember. Would send you a check for it and any expenses you incur in mailing.

Try for a "Superior Ocean View Stateroom". They are still small, but are 157 sq.ft. as opposed to 139 sq.ft for ordinary oceanview. Think they are stateroom numbers-9164,9664,8164,8664,7164,7664. Square footage according to Travel Agent Guide.
