  1. I have not been on the cruise but was dismayed when I realized it is not an exclusive WW trip. How are you supposed to eat healthy when everyone around you is having a trough of bacon from breakfast. I might as well just find a cruise that I want to go on and just eat the healthy options.

  2. Warning: If you let NCL book your air you may not be able to change the flights. I called and wanted to change what they picked for me. The NCL Air Travel department was no help and offered very little options even though I knew plenty of seats were available on other flights and offered to pay any difference.

Called the airline directly (US Airways) and they were all set to move me to the flight I would rather have. Then the rep found out that they cannot change the reservation, it could only be done through NCL.

Lesson learned. Ask more questions before you buy. Before this I never bought airline tickets from an agent or Expedia. I always booked directly from the airline.

On a side note, as an NCL customer both Delta and US Air have upgraded me to free soft drink and peanuts!!!

  3. There is no reason to bring more than one refillable bottle of water per person on board. The ship's water is as pure as any bottled water, perhaps more pure, tastes great, is FREE, and doesn't come with a plastic waste problem.

I respect your opinion. However we would like bottled water and canned soda and plan to recycle the plastic/aluminum.

  4. I will be staying at the Crown Plaza Seattle the night before my cruise. There does not seem to be a lot of retail around there. Am I crazy, but would like to get a case of bottled water and soda to bring on the ship with me. Is it going to be worth the hassle?

There looks to be a Target at 2nd and Union, but Seattle looks pretty hilly.
