They should be able to do that.
To follow up, they were able to switch my FCC.

Thanks for the quick reply.

If you have two FCC(one already applied to a booking, that's $100, the other still being processed for $450) can you have them remove the $100 FCC from the booking and apply the $450 one when it becomes available. Not sure why, but I thought they could be stacked 🙈

No, if you cancel then I believe that you are subject to the change fees that kick in after final payment on refundable air. If you are before final payment you can cancel refundable air with no penalty.
This would be well before a final payment date of August 5. Was just curious about my options. As the time gets closer, I will double check with Royal. Its the Anthem Transatlantic from Southampton to Bayonne 11/1/20, so who knows if Royal will change the debarkation port between now and Aug.
Thanks

Royal covers everything if they are refundable flights.
Does that include cruises, with refundable Air2sea, that a person cancels and opts for a FCC

I was on a cruise on the Norwegian Dawn in October 2019.There was a passenger with an emotional support dog.
Norwegian Cruise Line accepts service dogs that are trained to perform a specific task. A service dog may be needed for many different conditions, which would be acceptable under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines.
In accordance with the ADA, Norwegian Cruise Line does NOT accept “Emotional Support” dogs as service dogs, they CANNOT sail.

Enforced as well as how the crew enforces the no pool chair hogging rule.
If the crew has to wear them, you can bet they wont allow passengers to go maskless.

Maybe the ports will have Covid 19 sniffing dogs at some point 🐕

I would only do that, if I was close to another level.

It going to be curious to see how prices rise and hopefully fall based on the increased capacity.:)

We booked early saver last year on the Liberty. We made our deposit. Before our final payment was due, the price dropped. I called carnival direct, they matched the drop.
They would have done that even if you didnt book Early Saver. The bonus with ES, is they will price match after final payment. All other fares can be price matched prior to final payment.

Thanks for the link! I've never seen that. My suspicions are now confirmed that the interline rates aren't that great any more.
Welcome. true, they are not as good as they use to be.
I thought that any price drop had to be a publicized rate available to all. If that's the case, the price drop for interline wouldn't qualify. I could be wrong though...just saying.Interline rates arent on the site, but those that qualify can use those rates with ES. Just like military rates. Lately its a moot point, since ES is almost always lower.
When they say advertised rates, Carnival is talking about TA discounting a price, which can only be accessed by asking for a quote, Carnival wont match that with ES.
-
Cynt, interline rates are special rates for airline employees.
I asked if I could book ES and switch to interline, and he said no. Past guest is $100 more than early saver. Can you get price drops with it? At least that way I won't have all the restrictions.
They are correct you cant book ES and switch. You want to book ES then apply for the price difference that you qualify for with the interline rate.

Also, the 10% off coupon has been removed from their site.
I understand that if you are on a 7 day cruise, you will be charged for 8 days; a 5 day cruise will be charged for 6 days.
Still cheaper than the port.
The rate went up and coupon disappeared back in mid-August. Probably more ships in port during the fall/winter so no need to discount.

Often the ship wont mail the post cards the day you are in port. Sometimes it will be postmarked in your port of debarkation :D
I always buy my cards in port and the shops are more than glad to sell you a stamps and mail the card for you. There is often a post office inside the terminal.
Does HMC even have a post office??
