We did in 2013. There were about 20 of us. It was arranged in advance thru the park rangers.

 

You MUST arrange it in advance. The person organizing it will get an email from the ranger listing the people on the tour. Only those on the email will be allowed off. We were on the Ocean Princess with about 680 passengers. 400 were on Princess tours. That was all they could handle. Our 20 were allowed off. The other 260 could not get off the ship.

we are lucky cheaper for us to get a taxi than pay parking. expect to arrive at Bristol at 12.15 /12. then will have a bit to eat. Look out for 2 old people plus zimmers and carers. I have a wicked sense of humour. Don't,t over do it regards Dorothy and paul

not long now, just going through the excursion book. waiting for INDIA visas and hoping passports will be back ASAP as going on the Hurtigruten trip on 6/12.

Did world cruise on Adonia 2013 and had a great time.

our travel insurance due to both being over 71.in body not in heart. .Not even in helicopters which is my favourite way of flying.so do it while you can. must not grumble. been and done a lot. Now where did I leave my zimmer frame?

just found out we are not covered for the dog trip due to our ages.so looking at other trips.let me know if you open a roll call.

yes we have booked 3 excursions. artic cathedral midnight concert. Viking feast and the husky trip on 7th. we are no spring chickens more like scraggy hens but love the dogs. Saw them when we were in Alaska. We saw the midnight sun this year at the North Cape have changed our cabin to 501.keep in touch Dorothy
