Will be arriving in Tampa on November 30. What is your suggestion for best hotel near port? (maybe with shuttle to port?)

Also suggestions for transportation from airport to hotel? (outside of Uber/Lyft)

Looking at Pacific Coastal Cruise coming up in October 2020. Any suggestions for a 'local' tour guide for Seattle or San Francisco? 

We have used similar in the Caribbean, someone that knows the cities and can help us plan a private tour of some of the sites...

Thanks for all the suggestions. The specific reason we were looking at Seattle arrival is because of Southwest flights and miles/points. We will be sailing on October 12, 2020, so we plan to arrive on Saturday, October 10. Because of the suggestions (and the Holiday weekend) we will probably now fly into Vancouver and spend the weekend there. Looks like our only visit to Seattle will be during the cruise. This could all change once the flight booking information is available.

I know I can count on these boards for help and many suggestions. 

We are looking at Vancouver to LA re-positioning Cruise NEXT year (October 2020). I know we can't book air yet, but I have several questions as it appears flights to Seattle will be cheaper. Cruise departs from Vancouver on Monday and we are looking at coming in on Saturday. If we fly into Seattle and stay there Saturday and Sunday what is the best/easiest way to get to Vancouver? Is there a limo or shuttle service or would it be best to go by train or??? I know this is probably asked a lot, but I could not find any answers. Any other information is welcome. We did the dinner cruise - it was awesome!

We are staying at the Country Inn & Suites in Port Canaveral on Saturday night 3/23. We depart on The Oasis OTS on Sunday. I called to reserve the hotel shuttle to the port and all that is available is 12:30 (for eight). What are our (earlier) other economical options to get from hotel to ship - Uber, Lyft, or am I missing something or someone?

Several questions for those of you that have participated in/organized a slot pull on Royal Caribbean...

1. Have you ever contacted the Casino host or manager to "schedule" a time for the event or to ask for anything from the casino to use as bonus prizes :eek:or ???

2. We are cruising the Freedom on March 26 - how would I go about making a contact with the Casino ahead of time ?

3. Any other suggestions or tips for a successful Slot Pull ?

Staying here for the first time precruise in March - I assume that the best method for transportation from the airport and then to the port the next morning is a cab ? I appreciate your thoughts.

We are giving our son and daughter in law to-be a RCCL cruise for Christmas. We want it to be a surprise - thought about wrapping up some cruise items like flip flops, snorkel and ???? Then have the cruise information at the bottom of the box. Any ideas or suggestions for additional items or other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
