I've just arrived home after spending the last two weeks on the gorgeous Divina. (Been awake 24hrs as couldn't sleep on the plane, plus I'm still swaying lol)
I have to say, the first week was a LOT quieter on board. The second week was completely different. There were a lot more Europeans on the first week. The dynamics were completely different.
I have to say, the young tenor was AMAZING! He finished yesterday for a well earned break. He deserves to go far.

The Queen is the perfect choice!
And a lovely lady ;)

Yes, it's an MSC apron ;):p

Search for a thread by Katgoesonholiday of her European cruise on one of the Fantasia class ships. She went on the tour and has loads of details and pictures including what their if gift was. That should give you an idea of what to expect.
Thanks for that AmoMondo. I just spent an hour hunting for Kat's review to see what the free gift was!
I now know :p;)
I'm definitely going to do this tour :D
-
Thank you. I've decided that it's something I am definitely going to do :D
I've always been a curious person hehe
-
Thats fantastic, thank you :)
Did you do the tour? And would you recommend it if you did ;)
-
Can anyone confirm if they do tours on board that show behind the scenes?
i.e the Galley etc
-
It must be windy, as it looks like it is leaning slightly

You can now see a good view of her in the web cam. Its her first visit to Miami, which maybe why there are helicopters?

I would hope that the people concerned are doing OK.
Not worrying about the change of the itinary

Sorry to dig up this old thread, but has anybody been in the thermal spa on Divina?
Is it worth the $99?
What can you access with this package? Its not something I have done before, and just wondered what I can and cant do in the Spa.
Is it just the area that can be accessed throughout the cruise?
Sorry to be a bit dim ;):p

Thank you! I am glad you are enjoying. I enjoy the feedback and like to see names that are new to me as well as those who have read my previous ones.
The feedback keeps me coming back and working on the review to get it told in a reasonable amount of time.
I know everyone has hundreds of posts to read daily, across all the boards.
I surf RCI, Carnival, HAL, NCL, Azamara, Regent, Celebrity and Oceania on a frequent basis.
Most of the people I chat with on ships are unfamiliar with CC so I tell them what a great resource it is.

I am enjoying very much your review, and as this is the first of your I have seen, I will now work my way through your previous reviews :)
Always fun to see how others see their cruises :)
Everyone's is different, and each for different reasons. Mine are just selfish, I want to spend time at sea on my own, doing what I want, when I want ;) and of course meet new people along the way!

Loving your review! :)

Hi
I am UK resident and I am using the UK website.
Thanks for that.
Is it a current or previous booking??
I have in the past been able to read my booking and book excursions when I previously booked using a TA but not currently.
Annie
It has been for a current booking. I didn't like the costs of excursions from the TA, and that is when I looked on the MSC website and chose some from there with no problem. I have until 4 days before the cruise to cancel should I want to.
I know I can book them on the ship, but I want to get everything sorted before I leave :-)

I booked my MSC cruise using a TA, and have since been able to log onto the website and pre book excursions and other items.
I am not sure if it makes a difference that I use the UK website?

Ok, Freedom of the Seas now looks like she is returning to Nassau!
-
Ah phew!
My mistake :)
-
Looks like she is returning to Nassau on the web cam..
Hope all is ok.

Brilliant picture!
I am looking forward to Sailing in and out of Miami.
Looking at this picture, does anyone know which building the webcam is? (portmiamiwebcam)

Although it wasn't on MSC, I had a late flight home, 11pm..... people on that flight were allowed to stay on board the ship as we were being transferred at 6pm from ship to airport.
As it was in Venice, we went ashor for a wander around, then headed back on board.
We were not allowed to use our card to buy things, for obvious reasons. We were designated a room for our hand luggage so we didn't have to take it everywhere. When we returned, we mingled in with all the new arrivals and headed to the buffet :D:p;)
Like I said, it wasn't MSC, but maybe they do a similar thing if you have the transfers included.

Please don't send it this way, were cold enough ;):D
Oh, and don't eat yellow snow!:p:rolleyes:

I arrived home today to find that mine had been delivered also!
It took just under two weeks, so not bad :)

I will keep you updated if mine ever arrives!
