  1. Good Point of the house keeping.  Thank you.  Will be on Seaside in May.   We could just have our steward change out towels every couple if days.  We try using hospital grade sanitizing wipes one cruise.  They left a sticky film every where.  We are sticking with Clorox or Lysol,  they are the recommended brands anyway.

  2. Does anyone know what the internet package price is on Seaside?  I cannot pull it up on the website.  The dailies I am reading dont have prices either.   How well does to internet work?  Really looking to check email and keep up with internet based games.

    Thanks

If people are truly concerned about the environment, cutting down trees and eliminating waste, they should be urging cruise lines to quit printing these daily programs full of advertisements.  But because they are considered a "revenue producer", somehow I doubt we will see them go away.

What you said made a lot of sense.  Even if people want them, only one per cabin would reduce waste by half

  4. I started gathering items 3 months ago for our cruise in 2 weeks. Sent a bag of things home with my mom so I would not have to check a bag. Last couple weekends I pulled out the clothes I wanted. Did a mock packing last weekend to see if would fit. This weekend is about limiting things and getting toiletries together. The final weekend is washing and ironing. It is a lot of work in which I will probably only use half of it. Now, I am thinking I will have to check a bag.

  5. We are not avid international travelers. My last passport had only one stamp in it before it expired. We are taking my brother and his wife for their first international trip in April. Highly unlikely they will travel out of country again. Thought it would nice to have at least one stamp in their passports.

  6. Ill throw in Roatan, Belize City and Cozumel. Had the same question for our cruise in April. On Alaskan cruise last summer, when went to Canada, the visitors center actually stamped your passport.

  7. The thermal suite is a set of steam and sauna rooms with a T pool that is suppose to be good for your joints. There are also heated loungers that you can watch the world of by. I really enjoyed it on

The Celebrity Solstice this past summer. I booked $175 for couples pass on Dream for April. I hope that is the difference in price. Really looking forward to it.

  8. If you are doing the Lamanai ruins with Carnival in Belize, make sure you try to price match with this company. https://belizecruiseexcursions.com/ You book through Carnival, and then fill out and submit the price match form with Carnival. If they approve, they will give you an onboard credit for 110% of the price difference. Saved us $50 each. Easy peasy.

In Costa Maya, we loved Tropicante. Very cheap and very relaxing. Look them up on trip advisor.

Thank you so much for the heads up, Carnival has also issued a credit for $50pp. We are also doing Tropicante for Costa Maya . Looking forward to it.

  9. We had the misfortune of having Rome as one of our ports of call when cruised Celebrity 5 years ago. I agree with everyone here that it is impossible to see what Rome has to offer in a day but we did do the highlights. We booked a guided day tour. Got to visit The Forum, the colisseum, trevi fountain, the pantheon, the spanish steps, have lunch and get thru Wednesday afternoon Vatican masses to see the Sistene chapel. The Sistene Chapel, St Peters and the Pieta were done as a sprint to have time to get back to the cruise ship. I do not get to do everything one would want to do but i think we accomplish a lot.
