The email does not give price protected option to stay with the cruise as is. Am happy you were able to keep everything you already had and as the agent and passenger NO consideration was given to me.

We are on the 24th and the 2 following in Sept. Want to stay on the 31st but will have to be repriced at that rate which 1000.00 more! It's not a good situation at all. We are not even guaranteed our same cabin which we had for the original 5 weeks and if we cancel the 24th we are subject to all of the penalties that apply to the changes! Not very happy with Royal at this point:(

Yes it has been "redeployed" to Canada/New England. We are booked on the cruise before and the 2 cruises following for a total of 5 weeks. If we want to stay on that week we have to be repriced at tha rate for th new cruise. The new rate is 1000.00 more and they will not guarantee the same cabin we had for the 5 weeks! If we move or cancel the cruise on the 24th all of the penalties apply that go along with nonrefundable rate! Not very happy wth royal right now:(:(

I just can't bring myself to prepay the grats and knowingly short change the hardworking follks who will provide service for our upcoming cruises.
It's $14 for the week!

Booked Allure for 2020-several b2b. Good price with C&A bal disc and refundable deposit but no OBC. Is the OBC only for nonref or did the English challenged rep not know the latest "sales" offer?

If you have to ask then I think you know the answer!

Wonder how the waiters feel about this change? With the automatic 18% doubt many will leave any additional tip. I'm sure the will see less in their pockets now!

Is there a separate line for Pinnacles in the ladies room?

Some creative itineraries would seal the deal for us. On the east coast but would love to sail through the canal to San Diego then continue to Australia and then back to west coast and back to east coast. There are other lines doing similar routes but RC is our go-to choice. May be too far out of the box for the powers that be. But fun to think about anyway!

It's really helpful to the waiter if you order the additional entree or dessert when he/she first takes your order. Saves them an extra trip to the galley to get in line. Many
people choose multiple dishes and share. Great way to try something new!

Remember seeing a man totally wrapped in blue tarp with a chain as the belt during the day- all day- then at night was always in a suit.

Check with GS- they may be able to arrange a ship to ship transfer. Often it's easier to take a taxi but let them know you are going to another ship. Usually we are charged a flat rate($10) but add a little to that. Also we wait as long as we can to disembark to avoid hanging around at the new ship. Hope this helps. Vicki

There is a great cruise terminal in Norfolk,Va but Carnival is the only line to use it and only 3 or 4 cruises a year. Why I wonder?

Yes I am the agent as well. Just spent over an hour with the RC rep. The booking is in a group which I guess changes the entire deal. Can change to one of the offered
cruises but we are already on the one that will fit. The biggest problem is we are on the 24th and Sept 7and 17th so moving the 31st just creates a week gap. There is group space on the24th available but they tell me they won't let me change to that at that current price. Insist that we pay the rate for our category which is much higher than the original rate. I'm not giving up yet!
