Hope you got the BOGO deal that ended yesterday (for travel through May 31) 🤞😉

    Rail operator: Brightline
Deal: Buy one ticket, get one free
    Routes: All Florida routes
    Travel dates: Through May 31
When to book: By April 6
How to book: Directly through Brightline using the promo code "NOJOKE24"

Unfortunately, we booked our tickets months ago before all this! We did get a good deal though with a promo code at that time. They always run specials. Waiting to see if we like it before booking for our cruise in October.

  2. We are taking Brightline May 3rd from Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale for our cruise departing May 4th.  We have had it booked for some time, As it is a transatlantic, we will not be taking it back. It will be interesting to see how it goes. We paid to check our two suitcases. We would not feel comfortable going down day of cruise. No matter what mode of transportation, we always go a day early. Also, personally I would be afraid to send our suitcases from there to the cruise ship.

That’s really interesting. Thank you for sharing. It’s quite different inside from Sky Princess as Sky has the dividers in the living area between dining and sitting plus both bedrooms have fairly substantial dressing rooms. But I imagine the bedrooms on Enchanted are therefore bigger?
    Same incredible balcony. 😃

Not sure if they are bigger but definitely very spacious. Just a beautiful experience! Yes, the balcony was amazing.

We are also booked on this cruise! We will be celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Very exciting!

Off Meraviglia yesterday myself and I was b2b last month on Seashore.

We were tested day prior to turnover in a dining room. Tested and told we were all done. Leave!

I don't think they want people hanging so if there is an issue, they know where you are.

That makes sense. Hope that is the case!

Lovely review.  What did they say on back to backs- how hard is it in terms of testing?

From what others reported, they take you to a certain area where you are tested free of charge and then after you get your results, you go back onto the ship. We chose the same room on both so hopefully it goes smoothly.

  7. Thanks for your review. It all sounds great. We are scheduled for the Meraviglia January 23 rd and are doing the 4 day back to back following. This is also our first time on MSC. Glad you enjoyed your trip and thanks again for sharing.

I wonder if everyone is getting free internet and/or the ability to make phone calls.

I read on social media everyone was given internet and telephone service. It was also reported they were allowed on their balconies. This was from someone now on the ship.

  9. Thanks so much for this information. We just booked this after reading your review. Could you tell me how much the taxi was approximately each way and is there a certain company you went with.

  10. Thanks for sharing your tour info.

Yikes! The ferry experience didn't sound positive - people usually rate that pretty high. What a shame...

We're looking at the February itinerary with Grand Cayman - we wouldn't step off the ship in Ocho Rios, so that itinerary was out. It's early February, so it won't coincide with school breaks in the Northeast.

We are scheduled for the Panama Canal Partial Transit on December 1st on the Coral. Just interested to know why you wouldn't step off the ship in Ocho Rios as that is the itinerary for our cruise?

  11. We did the Land Tour first, started in Copper River, then to Fairbanks, Denali, Mt. McKinley, and to ship. We did the 7 day off the beaten path and absolutely loved it! We were on the Diamond and it was a great ship. Loved touring the glaciers and we were able to get up very close. Our trip was in July.

  12. Who can answer this question...I am booking a balcony cabin on the Caribbean princess and I know that some of the decks have balconies where people can look over and see onto your balcony. I also know there are some that are covered (and there may be others that are half covered). I don't want a balcony where people are looking in the whole time. Does anybody know what decks or categories of cabins are NOT visible from above?

    Thanks in advance.

We were on Deck 12 and we were above the open balconies.

  13. I finally called Princess. The customer service rep told me that they do give credit for cancelling the Natural History Tour -- $99 per person. She did not know why my agent had been told differently. She said normally they want the agent to make the request' date=' but since I told her my agent had already called and been given incorrect information, she went ahead and did it for me without my agent on the line. Now I am wondering about my agent and whether she actually called.

I don't know why ckrcjr received $56 pp, missdenise received $62 pp and we received $99, but I certainly wasn't going to argue. I will check the revised invoice as soon as I receive it from my agent to make sure the CSR didn't cancel something else by mistake, but she repeated it correctly to me on the phone.

We did book the shuttle to Eielson already @ $43.50 pp. Definitely a better deal in every way as far as I am concerned.

I think I will be finding a new agent for my next cruise.[/quote']

We go through a AAA agent and we cancelled our tour and rescheduled the Denali Wilderness Tour. We were given a $99 credit each and were charged for the Denali Wilderness Tour.
