  1. My husband and I are going on the Getaway in a couple weeks with another couple. We are in the Haven while our friends are not. We also have the 4 meal SDP. My questions are:

     

    1. Can we use our SDP to on our friends. Specifically we would like to bring them to dinner with us at the Haven restaurant and to Cagneys with us one night.

     

    2. Can we bring them with us to the Haven pool area. I know we technically cant all go. But if my husband and friend's husband are at the bar could my friend come with to the pool with me in my husbands place? I have heard that you use your room key to get in so maybe she could just borrow his key?

  2. A group of 4 of us (20's) will be in port on the NCL Getaway in October and want to go Snorkeling. We don't necessarily want to do an excursion but more of a beach day where we go to a beach that has a bar/ restaurant and maybe the option of renting water crafts nearby. We will have our own snorkeling gear if that makes a difference. Does anyone know if that is an option or where we should go/ look to do something like that?

  3. Myself, my husband and another couple are cruising out of POM on NCL in October. In your opinion, what is the best time to arrive at the port? We don't want to wait in line for hours but also want to start our cruise as quickly as possible.

  4. I booked through a TA website a couple months ago at a decent rate. I'm hoping to be able to upgrade to a better room (from a mini-suite) by calling the upsell line for NCL. Does anyone know if I will be prevented from doing this because I booked through a TA? Also, does anyone know the NCL upsell number or have any recommendations on when to star calling? I'm booked on the Getaway Oct. 16th if that makes any difference.

  5. These offers don't appear to be for everyone. It is not showing up for either myself or a friend of mine online. I called Amex customer service to ask about it and was told that these offers are available on an individual basis based on your spending history. The supervisor I ended up speaking to said that there is no way to add that offer either so if it isn't showing up online when you log into your account you don't get it. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed.
