    Did you contact MSC?

My feeling is that we all likely got so far as the payment screen, but never actually booked/paid for the sailings. MSC must have generated a booking number somewhere along the line in the process, and when we backed out without booking/paying, that should have been the end of it, but somehow those partial bookings ended up being sent to PlusGrade.

In reference to the canceled sailings that received upgrade letters, it was a computer glitch. If you have a valid sailing, I would call MSC just to be 100%.

  2. Personalized service. I have a food allergy and every night they went out of their way to accommodate and also keep French onion soup on hand every night.

  3. I highly doubt you would be able to stay that long. You will need to be out of your cabins between 7 or 8 am. They have to get everything ready for the next set of people. Remember as excited as you were to board on your embarkation day so are 4000 other people. Look at MAC excursions for your departure day-frequently after the excursions they take you to the airport. Check it out to be sure!

  4. The surge protector draws more power and can cause fires in the electrical system.

And why is that? Seems like a cord with surge protection would be safer for the ship than one without it.

My Aunt (single, paid double) in Deluxe Grand on Seashore in December.  Wonder if she meets a lady or male and befriends, if there is an exception since she is paying the double occupancy rate?  Not that she will but an interesting situation.

No they do not... The Butlers/servers have tablets that show each YC members picture.

Is bottled water complimentary on MSC in steerage without a drink package?
