What types of things do they give away at these types of events?  Hope you had a great cruise.

At the Jingle and Mingle in December there was a nice selection of gifts including electronics, free play, dinner at Chops with wine, Amazon gift cards etc.  Everyone got to chose a package from the table or "steal" someone else's gift.  It was fun.

You can go online to clubroyaleoffers.com BUT details about the offer are not available anywhere online.  If you want specific details about the specific offer you must call Club Royale.  My guess is that you already have more information (if your offers are coming by snail mail) than you would get online.

    OK.  Thanks

Not on RCL's web site but some people at the "Royal Caribbean Club Royale Casino Patrons Forum" on the social site that shall not be named have been posting some offers to the files section.  Others have posted photos of offers.  Time for Royal Caribbean / Casino Royale to make use of Cruise Critic and follow a recommendation made here many times which is to put the files online and provide a link to the offer on our individual offer page.

Thank you and I agree with your recommendation.

Just got off the Anthem and on Day 6 I qualified for a free interior certificate which was delivered to my stateroom.   On Day 8 I qualified for the oceanview stateroom.  No certifcate was delivered but I see it is already in the system.  However I would like to know what cruises I can pick from as the list delivered to my stateroom was for interior sailings.  Does anyone have recent list of oceanview cruises?  Can this information be found on the casino royale website?

We have been receiving various offers by mail.   Is there a way to access them on the RCL website?

    Thank you.

I am on that same cruise under the Mingle and Jingle offer. I asked about the “hosted gift exchange “ when I booked my cruise and was told by Casino Royale that I was not expected to bring a gift, if that helps.

We are on the Mingle and Jingle Dec. 14th on the Indy.  I also called Casino Royale and Rep said we didn't have to bring anything.  Looking forward to it.

  6. I have no issues at all when calling Club Royale. I seldom wait more than 1 or 2 minutes to speak to an agent. Generally I find the agents are quick to understand what I am asking about and helpful. Also, the agents are generally very articulate and I can hear them clearly without needing to ask them to repeat.

  7. From the information on the Port of Everglades website under Ship Schedule, the Eurodam will be at Pier 19 on Sunday.

If you do decide to drop off your luggage and then take your rental car back to the Airport be sure to bring all your cruise documentation and Passports with you. You will need the documentation to re-enter the Port.

The directions to each Pier are easy to follow once you at in the Port. You might also want to look at the map of the Port on the POE website.

    Hope this helps.

  8. I would recommend you book through your cruise line. You might want to check out the US Travel Advisories on Jamaica as well.

There is really not much close to Falmouth so any excursion involves time travelling to and from your excursion destination.

At the Port there are the regular array of port shops as well as a Margarita Villa with a pool.

Hopefully someone else can give you some information on good excursions.

  9. I looked at the calendar twice to ensure it was not April 1st.

What the heck are the decision-makers at RCL thinking?

I am feeling horrible now because we have first time cruisers coming with us on the Indy in March and we have told them about the shows being free.

We were shocked at Giovanni's new price (on the Allure) of $42.00 per person in December. Not only had the price doubled in a year but they also dropped the Lamb Chops off the menu as well as Caesar Salad.

The price was different on the Indy earlier this month (I think it was $32 per person) and the Lamb Chops and Caesar Salad were on the menu. We didn't bother going based on our experience on the Allure in Dec. and only saw the menu at the end of the January cruise.

I have always boasted about how great RCL is and highly recommended it to friends -- won't be doing that anymore.
