These short forms are usually the hospital issued ceremonial form. Everyone should have a certified state registration form for these records purposes. Check with you state vital statistics office
My husbands issued in 1941 was official but not enough for a passport and we had to request the long form.
Good to have a passport when all is said and done.

Alas, it won't work at sea. It does use existing cell towers to operate, and there isn't any.. at least so far, in the ocean.
That would be great if there were....
There are cell towers on the ships operated by a company called Cellularatsea. The large carriers have lease agreements so that you can use cell service. Rates are determined and charged by your carrier and can rack up quite a bill if you don't correctly option or turn off your device.
As for MIFI, don't know but suspect you'd run up quite a bill.
I was wondering if you have to take off your shoes when boarding the ship? We are taking the magic on June 9th any tips.
No. -
So glad you had a great time. We go in June for the second time. Were they still offering Internet packages?

Thank you so much for your thorough review. We are booked in a Spa balcony on Magic the first week of June. You've helped me understand all the different services and I'm sure we will be more likely to try many different rooms now that you've described them so well.

Well now I'm hopeful Carnival Mary don't know what she's talking about. Hoping they still have it in June. Thanks guys.

Just checked with Mary on Carnival forum. No more unlimited Internet on Magic. I think they dropped it everywhere after the trial. Dang.

The Love Boat really left us all confused. Julie, Gopher, Capt Stubing.........say it ain't so. You weren't real?

Take the heads up a little further and be cautious if you decided to venture further into the spiders web and buy the more expensively priced stuff inside. Like anything else you have to know ahead of time, the name brand and what a reasonable price back home would be to compare.
I think the stuff outside is great for stocking stuffers for this time of year or just for fun wear. The bracelets almost drew me in but I realized how many of those beads I've got at home and dragged myself away.

Wow after really enjoying a fantastic review with gorgeous pictures, here comes Debbie Downer. You really should have posted your whine on your own thread.
We go next week and this review has me even more excited. Thank you so much.

The Carnival policy does include a waiver of pre existing conditions.
Would you buy jewelry on a Carnival Ship?

If you are shopping off the ship know that 90% of the "silver" sold in the cruise centers is no better than the inch of gold on the ship. Simply stamping 925 on the clasp is no guarantee. Simple trick, hold a magnet put to it. If it sticks, it ain't silver.
