I kind of remember that there is a website that tells you where your ship will dock at each port, and how many ships will be in port that day. Am I dreaming this?

I was on Brilliance in January -- $15 for multideck and 10 for single deck was lowest I saw.. We had a great time. Some great dealers and a fun group of people playing.

Do they still have a stowaway piano player? Last I heard was when Jam the Piano Man was on that ship and he's been gone for quite some time now.
We were on Mariner in Oct 2019.. and Piano Man was there.

Brilliance has beautiful ocean facing glass elevators - But may not fit your itinerary.. Mariner does have the Mystery Piano Man who rides the elevator.. Pretty Cool

Have never missed - 2x's in August 3 times in October. Last time was with the pier, priors were tendering.

Hi,
I forgot to bring home 2 $1.00 chips from Brilliance as souveniers last week. I would be willing to pay $2.00 each if you have a couple you want to get rid of. I am NJ.

Probably won't be allowed to bring them back onboard due to agricultural laws?? Nice idea though.

I was at Calico Jacks in October 2019. Same place as always on 7 mile beach. The government is putting in a huge parking lot between the road and the beach at the Calico Jacks drop off point. Our taxi driver tried talking us into the Royal Palms (I think he gets a kick back from what he was saying) and bad mouthing the parking lot, but honestly the fresh pavement was easier to walk across for 100 yards to get to Calico Jacks than when we had to walk across a deserted lot/field in years past.
chairs at Calico Jacks were $5 and an umbrella was $10. Taxi for 2 each way was $8 or about $3pp each way if you wait for the bus. So $16 for a taxi round trip or $12 for the bus round trip. So we took the taxi and didn't wait. The beach bar has taxis waiting in the small parking access immediately behind it for your return trip without having to trek out and find a bus.
If you want to start the party even before you get to the beach, pick up a 6-pack of white tip lager in cans at the duty free liquor shop at the port. $13. What a steal after shipboard pricing for drinks.
Thanks for info, will be there in 2 weeks.

Chris, Sorry I missed you on our Oct 4th sailing, but had a great time on Mariner. Keep up the great PR as the "Royal Caribbean Dude" Hi to Rachel and Natalea

Although I have only done Mariner... and we love it.
I did the Sky pad and yes I enjoyed doing it even though it was only 10 minutes.. The water slides were great!
We liked the fact that we were in Nassau on Saturday and Coco Cay on Sunday because a lot of stores closed Sunday. (3 day cruise). I have heard however that Navigator has stayed later on Coco Cay so you get more time on your "Perfect Day" -- and yes it was perfect.
Just my 2 cents

John Watling's rum distillery was collecting supplies. You could contact them to see if they still are. They might at least be willing to deliver them to the right place.
Thanks,
I've been there. Will contact them.

Traveling to Nassau on Sat Oct 5th, Planning on bringing a box of school supplies for hurricane relief effort. Anyone know where could drop it off. It's Saturday so government
buildings are closed. Was going to try and leave it with customs.
Thanks

In the MDR. Works out well if we have a Indian waiter, assistant waiter or Head waiter. I just ask if they can bring me something or anything through out the week, usually get 3 or 4 things during the week. I think recently they have added a few dishes to the MDR menu on several ships. .
Thanks,
Going to try that next time.

Bob hit the nail squarely on the head. Love the lamb shanks. Second best is some of the off the menu Indian dishes.
How do you order the off the menu Indian dishes. Do you just ask for something delicious, spicy, vegetarian???
Love to try new things

Dang... we are on Mariner Oct 4th, but I guess since we are at coco cay sunday it would not allow for extra time in order to make it back to Cape Canaveral in time..

The topic is not if you like coco cay better.. The point is that the cruise line offered for sale a ininerary, that some people wanted and now they are changing course. If customers wanted to go to Bahamas they could have purchased Mariner/Navigator or perhaps another ship that offers stops in Nassau and or Coca Cay.

I can see changing because of weather or some other conflict, but if people select cruise base on itinerary you would expect to go there. They should not make change like this. If I want to go to Bahamamas/coca Cay I will choose too!!
