Hi - We are interested in staying at The Casablanca Hotel in San Juan and wondered if anyone has ever stayed there ?  If so , any information would be greatly 

appreciated.  We have stayed in San Juan many times but usually at the Stellaris Marriott.  I have serious allergies to dust and mold and sometimes older hotels can have a dusty/musty smell to them.  Thanks 

We will be in Lahaina Maui for a stop with Royal Caribbean in October and would like to rent a car for the day. I noticed most car rentals are in the Kanapalli Beach area. Does anyone know how far that is from the Lahaina cruise terminal,  or the cost to get there for a taxi.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

We are planning on trying ziplining in St. Thomas this February with "Tree Limin Extreme" and was wondering if anyone has done this with this company?  

We just booked this cruise for February 2024 and am also interested in any information regarding these ports - Trinidad and Tobago.  

Why can't someone just ask a question without someone having to make a mockery of?

I would complain to head office, this was not handled correctively.  Your room should have been completely washed down and disinfected.  The vomit most likely got into areas that a light cleaning could not get to.  This would also make the room smell as it dries.  Disinfecting is the only way to make sure the virus is not passed on. This was not fair to you and the next guest using that room.

When we leave our luggage at Barrachina's is it locked up?  Do they give you a tag for the luggage similar to a coat check so that know one can go in and take any bag.   Do you tip at the drop off or pick up of the bags.   We have never tried this before and are very interested in any details people can give us.  Thanks

Do these aft balconies have loungers on them ?

I take small floats and a mini hand pump ( soccer ball pump) that fits , and will always deflate them and bring home for next cruise.

I was just wondering if the hairdryer is a normal size or one of those folding travel size ones on the Getaway. Thanks

This will be our first time cruising with Norwegian. We will be on the Getaway this October. We have sailed 15 times with Royal Caribbean and enjoy the formal nights in the dining room. I was wondering if the Getaway has specific nights that are "formal attire"? Any other information about dining would also help us. Thanks

I have tried to book a hotel room for the Sheraton Old San Juan for 1 night before our cruise in February 2019 and every site I look at says it is not available. Is it really already sold out or do they not open up rooms until closer to the date. Every other hotel has rooms available.

Do you need to buy tickets ahead of time or can you purchase the tour of choice right at Bacardi ?

I was wondering if we would have time to do the Bacardi Tour before we board our cruise on the Adventure this October? We were hoping to check in first and drop off the luggage around 11 then leave for the tour. Not sure how long we would need to get to Bacardi , do the tour and get back to the ship. Is this a bad idea? Thanks
