I was refunded everything no problem when my second cruise was cancelled. My PVP took care of it all. It did take a little longer for the piece that was moved as “credit/coupon” but I got it all refunded.

I rescheduled again to 3/27/21 but my daughter’s family decided they don’t want to cruise until at least 2022 so I cancelled their cabin through a PVP last month. He said I would get a full refund but the FCC carried over from the cancelled cruises and deposit were not refunded.
The PVP was non responsive so I called the 800# and they transferred me to the resolutions department. The agent that helped me was very knowledgeable, tracked down where the funds came from and refunded the rest of the money I had paid. It took less than two weeks to post to my credit card. You should still be able to get a full refund and if you don’t call and ask to speak to the resolutions department, it worked for me, good luck!

Carnival cancelled the Dec 5 Breeze cruise in order to accommodate the Radience cruisers. I was given the option to refund all money paid or roll to the Magic Dec 5 with $650 obc, which I chose the Magic, I paid another deposit for the Magic$250, so now I'm in for $1250. Just made final payment of $400. Now paid in full at $1650. IF Carnival cancels this one, I no longer have the option to get a 100% refund. the $1000 that was moved from the Breeze has now become a credit/coupon. They will gladly refund the $650.00 but not the $1000. You either book another cruise or forfeit the $1000. A lot of people thinking they will get their money back. NOT !

According to Heald, Carnival is working on a new level between Gold and Platinum, and Platinum and Diamond. Not sure how that would work?

I was on the Breeze last month, there was shampoo and shower gel in the dispensers, (not Elemis) and all we got was a small bar of elemis hand soap and a scrub from the spa (for one person)

I think it means if the TA orders a "gift' to be delivered to you FROM them as a perk. Which is fine but why penalize the guests who want to order for themselves? I say cut the delivery fee out for everyone. Give the TA's the 20% break.

Evidently Carnival has given TA's a break when it comes to ordering gifts through the funshop. No delivery fee AND 20%off. Maybe I should get a TA . Thoughts anyone ? Personally I think everyone should have the discount.

I will be on the Breeze in Dec. I have looked at several pictures of the interior spa rooms and I came across one that showed a magnifying mirror on a swing arm in the bathroom. Does anyone know for sure if all interior spa rooms have this feature ?

I have gone to the bar lots of times and gotten drinks when the servers were so busy it would take forever. So yes, you can go to the bar, I have never had a bartender tell me no.

I agree that the crew really depends on the money and there should be some way for them to be assured to get it.
I agree, just increase the price, tell the passenger, its already included but feel free to tip extra if you would like to.

I'm really fine with all the changes that Carnival is making. I really am, but I am concerned about having a tomato mustache when I enjoy my bloody marys and would it be considered rude to bob for the olives since there will be no plastic picks ? asking for a friend........

That didn't stop her. I finally told her that if she tried to sell me one more thing there would be no tip. Didn't stop her so I didn't tip her. I left feeling pissed off instead of relaxed.
They automatically add 15%gratuity whether you tip extra or not.

Personally, I enjoy the MDR . Maybe it's not everyones cup of tea. Sort of like the bars and casinos. Since I loathe buffets, a ship with no MDR would not interest me.

I am planning to book on the Breeze for Nov 2019, can anyone tell me how much the spa pass would be for one person ? Trying to figure out if it would be less to just get the spa cabin. sailing solo, so trying to get the best deal.

I was on that cruise, we were socked in for sure. People were scrambling trying to reschedule flights etc. I actually enjoyed the extra day of food and drinks ! Of course the people waiting at the terminal were LIVID !

I bought trip insurance through Delta for that trip. When it was cancelled, I called Delta and asked if I needed to call the Ins carrier to file a claim she said no I will just refund you now. I received a credit back to my card in 48 hours.
