We had an all-day tour with Blexie Tours in January (our guide was Raul) and we can't recall exactly but we think we tipped Raul 30 CUC and the driver 20 CUC. The tour itself was 130 CUC. We also brought gifts of gum, candy and a can of Pringles for Raul. And we got our driver a Houston Astros keychain (we had read somewhere on CC that he is an Astros fan... turns out he loves everything MLB has to offer). He seemed to appreciate everything.

How formal is formal night on Majesty of the Seas? Will my husband (a casual kind of guy) get kicked out of the dining room if he doesn't wear a jacket and tie? We're hoping a button-down shirt or a polo shirt will suffice. 

We contacted our doctor and she recommended that we both get the Hep A vaccine. She also realized I needed the MMR vaccine, and my husband needed TDAP. She said we could get the typhoid vaccine if we wanted, but it would need to be ordered and then we'd have to return every other day for a series of four shots. Our schedule before we leave won't allow for that, so we skipped it. 

Thank you! We're heading to Cuba in January. Our ship arrives at 8 a.m. one morning and leaves at 1 p.m. the following day. We're planning to book a tour with Blexie on the first day, but my husband's bad back won't permit a four-hour walking tour... I'm trying to find out from Blexie if it can be a car tour all day, with walking just here and there in between stops. Do you think that would be possible? Also, if we want to leave the ship on the second morning, do we need to book a specific tour, or will it be possible just to leave the ship and wander around on our own?
