Anyone have suggestions for a family of 15 to be transported from Embassy Suites to the terminal? My family and I will be staying there one night precruise. We'll be cruising on Anthem embarking on a Saturday late morning next month. I believe they may offer a shuttle at the hotel however it is not very money efficient. Options such a Uber, Lyft, limousine service, taxis etc. Please be as detailed as possible by naming a company if you can.

Cruising on Symphony for three day Bahama getaway. Does anyone have a compass for this itinerary ? We'd like to plan to get as much in as possible on the ship.

My family of 32 will be in Bermuda in July. We would like to find a tour company to accommodate all of us as well as especially any sights that would be enjoyable for the children(ten to be exact) in our group. We will probably need several vehicles but would like to keep as many of us together in maybe no more than 2-3 vehicles. Any suggestions on a tour company as well as palces to visit will be greatly appreciated. I think the second day in Bermuda we will probably be a beach day.

My family ( approx 30) will be both flying and driving for a cruise July 13 this year. Planning on staying in a hotel one day precruise on July 12. We are in need of a clean, comfortable, safe affordable hotel ( $ 150)for one night. Hoping close to restaurants and activity to pass the time. I noticed Newark Liberty International Marriott is very affordable. How far is this hotel from International Blvd in Elizabeth? Some will drive and park at the port others will catch a lyft or uber. Any ideas how much a lyft or uber would be to the port? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are there cruise tours with larger vehicles able to accommodate large groups. We will be a group of approximately 24 and would like to keep us all together if possible, or in no more than two vehicles. Any suggestions on a customized tour, accommodations, and cost. we will be in Bermuda July 2019 and would like to prepare our itinerary early on.

I need suggestions and ideas for a marriage proposal that will be taking place on a 3 day Bahama cruise. I'm open to all but would like something that is nontraditional. Neither one are really romantics but rather fun loving and a bit quirky. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. The cruise is next month.:hearteyes::hearteyes:

I just checked on a sale on the drink package for our cruise in April. Normally, DH gets the ultimate package and I get the refreshment package because I don't drink. It appears that now anyone of legal age in the same cabin must also buy the package. I don't drink alcohol. What happens if DW is pregnant and DH wants the package? There has to be other ways to address this issue. When did this start ? Is this true for all of the packages or just the ultimate package?

Just wondering if there are special perks for cruising in a GS and if it is only a three night Bahama cruise ?

Left out of Fort Lauderdale at least four times and have always stayed at Hyatt Place Convention Center. Rooms have always been booked through valuetrips and have we've never had a problem. I suggest booking at least two months in advance. Rooms are nice, clean, not outdated with friendly staff. A free full breakfast available daily that is tasty. Nicely located near nice restaurants, shopping near by. Last stay was in July this year. The shuttle was $7 pp but opted for lyft at 10 per ride to and/or from the pier (free parking for your car for the duration of your cruise). We'll use them again in March.

I also was on The Harmony. I enjoyed The L and M show. You both look really young to have been married for 30 years. I hope my husband and I look as good when we hit the 30 year mark.

Often people are quick to criticize and slow to complement. My DH and 14 other family and friends just returned from a marvelous cruise on The Harmony. Upon our return home, my DH discovered that his small duffel bag had been left behind. The bag was not in the designated area it had been assigned but wasn't noticed missing until we returned home to Savannah. Once discovered that evening we called RCCL. A lost and found incident report was created. We were told it would be 5-10 business days before a thorough followup would be completed. Neither of us were very hopeful of recovering the bag (shoes and toiletries). Well, long story short the bag was recovered the following week. He did have to pay UPS shipping charges to have it returned. All four pair of his expensive shoes and all toiletries were still in the bag. There are still honest people out there and good customer service abounds. Good job RCCL. :* That is why we are loyal to The Royal. :):)
The same thing happened to my nephew. A guest realized that it was not their bag and returned it to a porter on the same trip. Lesson learned. STAY AWAY from plain black duffel bags.

On my cruise last October on the Anthem, there was a cruiser with small breed in the Diamond Lounge. I actually spoke with the owner regarding her dog. I was told she paid a regular fare (????) to bring her dog. The service dog issue never came up even though she was in a wheelchair I also saw her walking around onboard. She informed me there is a special section on the ship for the dogs to handle their business. I was shocked to see a dog on board and even more shocked to see the dog in the Diamond Lounge.

Thanks Joe 12,
Bummer if its not on that sailing.Several of my family members including myself and DH have participated. Not only is it hilarious but also offers inspiring interaction between couples. It does indeed require a special talented person to host this comical commitment between couples.

I have reviewed The Cruise Compass 7 day eastern sailing on Harmony. Though the itinerary is not exactly the same, I was unable to see The Love and Marriage game on the posted Cruise Compass. Has it been replaced or am I just not finding it ? The itinerary is for 7/22/17. I did see new game shows that I didn't recognize. I hope they have not replaced it. I found it to be one of the most hilarious, entertaining activities on board.

Let me rephrase my question. I have many times booked over the phone with rep. Depending on the promotions leading up to the final payment I have called in having noted a decreased fare. The agent simply reprices the fare based on the new better one. This is actually why I prefer to maintain control of my cruise. I booked last year at 4200. The present promotion has reduced it now to 3600. I saw on a travel website the same category, same deck quoted at 3000. Will RCCL match that price. I actually took a screen shot for proof.
-
Enjoying the journey we call life by cruising at least yearly with the family. I am the designated cruise keeper. I understand the policy if a price reduction occurs before final payment and the price matching policy. What I don't know is what happens if you have a price on one of the travel websites ? Is RCCL willing to match that as well ? Found a website with a significant price difference from what I am paying. My final payment date is in four months.
So does RCCL only price match their own promotions, not any of the travel websites ?????

Driving down to Port Canaveral precruise for two days in March and April. March, a Disney cruise and April The Majesty. I've searched the forums for suggestions on clean affordable hotels that offer parking for your car the duration of the cruise. I have come up empty handed as not many to choose from (only two hotels popped up). I have searched through 123stay.com and valuetrips to no avail. Anyone with firsthand knowledge and suggestions would be so appreciated.

I'm 43 days out before embarkation. Quite a number of select categories near me are still available. Will these cabins get reduced ? Will already booked cruisers get first dibs? Should we contact anyone? I'm sure they won't just leave the cabins vacate, or will they??????

I just purchased a premium drink package with the discount. I would have preferred the ultimate package but it was not listed. I called RCCL to inquire about the ultimate package. The rep checked with a supervisor, according to them the discount should not be available. She told me if the website allowed me to buy it then I should as they would not allow me to purchase through them as it should only be available for sailing up to May. I'll just upgrade to the ultimate later so that I still get the benefit of the discount. I took a picture of the discount page as it appeared on my cruise planner. Buy it before they realize their error.
Thrill Park rides
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
Booked for a cruise going to Coco Cay June 2021. Booking for cabanas and Thril Park is available now under cruise planner. Just wondering if there is a maximum number of admissions to Thrill Park that they sell since they state that in the description. If it is not purchased precruise will it not be available later ? I can see the cabanas being limited but admission to the water rides seems less likely.
