  1. Viator told me they already knew. We were tendering in. This was the day before. Captain knew it was too windy for tenders. So, we never got close to windy waters. 

    Royal Caribbean had tour booked with viator as well. They just come to the ship under royals name. Why would viator say they already knew if they didn’t?  It’s more reason for them to return my money if they knew. 

  2. We booked with viator for a walking tour in Mykonos. We called viator as soon as the captain announced we could not get into the port because of bad winds. Viator could care less. They refused to refund our money or put it toward a future tour. We have booked with viator before but will surely never do it again. Beware!! They charged our credit card in April for an August tour. 

  3. If you have NOT COMPLETELY paid for the cruise - you can get the cheaper price - I saw that out Japan cruise went down a total of 1,000 - called my travel agent and got the netter price that day - lost the prepaid gratuities but gained a 300 credit for both of us

    Not looking for compensation. The entire 8th floor had air problems. Ship was full. Nowhere to move to. The ship is very old and needs a Reno. There were many other issues other than the cabin. Did not know there was a cruise director till 14 days in. Four great shows, the rest were insulting. Food was good. Rooms are shabby and old fashioned. Not what you expect on a ship these days
