We are sailing on the Anthem OTS in early April.  Is it possible to use the Unlimited Dining Plan to have lunch at Jaimie's Italian on embarkation day?

We were on the Summit 7/28 - 8/4.  We were told that as of two cruises before ours, Blu was no longer allowed to offer MDR options (except the "Classics" options).  

We had called Celebrity in advance to check on this and were told we could order from the MDR in Blu, but the policy apparently changed in the meantime (we only booked our cruise in mid-June, so this seems odd to me).  We were just told "too bad".

We're planning dinner reservations for our upcoming November cruise.  We have 3 meals each of specialty dining.  My wife is a very picky eater, and I'm not sure how much she'll be able to eat at any of the specialty restaurants.

Is there any problem with us going to a specialty restaurant and then going to the MDR together later if she didn't like anything?  Has anyone ever tried this before?

My wife and I are looking at possibly booking an Aqua Class room on the Summit in July. 

My wife is a very picky eater.  Is it possible for her to order from the MDR menu to Blu?  Or is it difficult to dine in the MDR one night if she can't find something in Blu?

I've seen several posts claiming this is possible, but they all seem to be older.
